A large terrace and barbecue are available. You can rent a hot tub or a smoke sauna in the yard separately. Extra beds can be booked as shared accommodation in the main building. Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

The apartment, which has its own entrance, offers comfortable and spacious spaces indoors, with bathrooms and kitchens equipped for your needs. The rental property consists of a log cabin with an old atmosphere and a modern sauna building, which houses the property's third spacious living room/bedroom. Here you can enjoy your own peace. Tastula Lake (swimming beach) is about 800 m away and Kaustinen center with services is about 6 km away.
