It is located in a small alpine village from which you start to reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. The exclusive garden with dining area, barbecue, swimming pool, umbrellas and deckchairs is very popular. There is Wi-Fi.

Strategic location 30 minutes by car from Engadina S.Moritz, 20 minutes from Madesimo, 40 minutes from Lake Lecco, 1.15 minutes from Milan and 5 minutes walk from a mini-market, tobacconist and bar.

Outside the center of Sobrio, our cozy Chalet awaits you for a relaxing vacation. Ideal for couples and families. Dogs are welcome and the garden is fenced. The Chalet, renovated in an open space, maintains the typical characteristics of a Leventine rural house. The terrace offers a table and grill for pleasant lunches and dinners surrounded by a suggestive panorama. Sun, meadows, woods and mountains will accompany your walks while starry skies will accompany your evenings.

Casa Samuele Novate mezzola

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

Da Gionni farmhouse, Cavagnago

Located in a quiet position near the village of Cavagnago (1020 m a.s.l.), this typical farmhouse in the Leventina valley offers a breathtaking view of the majestic mountains that surround it. The farmhouse, ideal for a relaxing stay immersed in the quiet of alpine nature, is an excellent base for bouldering in Chironico, in Cresciano and climbing in Sobrio, as well as a perfect starting point for wonderful hiking, biking and winter sports.
