The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

It is located in a small alpine village from which you can reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. The garden for exclusive use with dining area, barbecue, swimming pool, parasols and deckchairs is much loved. Wi-Fi is available.

The Chalet, renovated in an open space, maintains the typical characteristics of a Leventine rural house. The terrace offers a table and grill for pleasant lunches and dinners surrounded by a suggestive panorama. Sun, meadows, woods and mountains will accompany your walks while starry skies will accompany your evenings.

NATURE and RELAXATION AT THE FOOT OF THE MATTERHORN

In the upper Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn, surrounded by herds of grazing cows in summer and white snow in the winter months, my wife Enrica and I will be happy to welcome our guests to our apartment. Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!

Casa Samuele Novate mezzola

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

Villa Emma - nature cabin

Take a break and rejuvenate yourself in this oasis of peace. Villa Emma, a cabin immersed in the nature of Valchiavenna, a passing area between Lake Como and L'Engadina. A cosy environment awaits both to spend moments of relaxation and working remotely. From our garden you can also pick fruits and vegetables in season. Ideal area for hiking, MTB, fishing, skiing, climbing, photo and gastronomic tourism.
