Loft holiday rentals in Central Vietnam

Excellent accommodation in a top location!

Wir haben uns im Early Bird BnB sehr wohlgefühlt! Micha hat uns gleich bei Ankuft mit guten Tipps für den ersten Abend versorgt und war auch sonst immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit :) die ersten Nächte waren wir in einem der Bungalows, was uns persönlich besser gefallen hat (einfach etwas gemütlicher). Das Frühstück im dazugehörigen Café ist außerdem sehr zu empfehlen! Trotz eher mäßiger Wetterlage hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und würden immer wieder kommen :)

Micha and Kim clearly love where they live and their business as it shines through in their service and small touches like providing recommendations of local restaurants and experiences. highly recommend ☺️

Dyda's apartment is exactly what I was looking for. Across the street from the Central market is being in the hub of the area though only a short walk to the riverfront and the more tourist area. Loved being able to have fresh food market and food stalls all part of the central market. Roof terrace perfect for a breeze.

Location!! Almost opposite the National Museum, Above excellent restaurants, 50 metres to a 7/11 style store, laundry opposite, an NGO Vocational education centre opposite featuring retail, restaurants and events diagonally opposite. The apartment was excellent and being among locals in the building was a great experience. The aroma's of meals being prepared in the evenings and the friendly greetings make it that much better I'd highly recommend the hosts restaurant (20m away) for excellent coffee and friendly service plus great food. Mansour and his wife were excellent hosts and the couple of small issues I had were quickly addressed. Highly recommend.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit zwei herzensguten Gastgebern . Man wurde direkt in die Familie integriert, bekam viele brauchbare Tipps und wurde des öfteren einfach zum Frühstück oder Abendessen eingeladen. Es war eine großartige Zeit und man konnte Maïté und Fabrice einfach nur sofort ins Herz schließen. Wenn es uns nochmal nach Da Nang verschlägt kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder. Allergrößten Dank

Chi was a great host. The loft is absolutely stunning. The interior design is so beautiful and I think this is a true gem on an Airbnb in that area. However, the area is quite remote and there is not too much to do so make sure to rent a scooter or be up for cabs. Chi does provide bikes for you to get around. It is a very tranquil area with a beautiful cafe just by the rice fields which is a must visit - Coffee Xom Chieu.

Great place and worth the value. Central to everything in Da Nang. When I come back, I’ll stay here again.

Marie-France’s loft is brand new and very well designed. The master bedroom is very comfortable (high quality mattress and bed linen , A/C); the bathroom is spacious with a high pressure rain shower; the living room (with fully equipped open kitchen) is cozy and there is a very nice terrace overlooking the river from which we can enjoy beautiful sunsets. (And the wi-fi is excellent!) A perfect home away from home.

One of the best places in vietnam. The host was quick to respond to any question and request from our side. The room is top notch. A real feeling of home. As a cherry on the cake - the host helped with booking bus tickets. All in all everything was very cool.

Shortly: If you want to understand to take it or not - my advice is TAKE. Gorgeous place to live short time and long time. Atmosphere is wonderful: you feel peaceful, free and like home. On the map it seems a bit far from the centre, but in reality it's 10 minutes and 2$ to get there by tuk-tuk (use the Grab app or PassApp). Tuk-tuk comes to pick you up in 5 minutes max. Beautiful clean pool, absolutely amazing garden in the courtyard, a BBQ place to use. Great absolutely friendly staff and the host making your stay totally comfortable. Here you have not a room like in a hotel, but completely like a house of separate bedroom and a big living room with kitchen. All the stuff to cook is here (i love to cook and felt myself rather comfortable in it), so you can make your own food if you want to. Good technique (fridge, audio bar, water cooler, AC's, toaster etc). Next time I am in Siem Reap - I know that I'll stay here 300%. Thanks to the team!

是个新上的房源，房间小巧漂亮，看得出房主精心布置过，跟图片差别不大，应该是有几间风格类似的，所以会有细微差别。 最重要的是，房管和房东人特别好，主动帮忙洗了衣服（两包，免费）。还有，刚到那天晴天，二楼白天稍热，房管小哥很快就给我送来了电风扇。 另外，因为大叻最近都在下雨，要坐晚上的过夜大巴离开，房东和方管很贴心的跟我说可以免费延迟退房，允许我一直待到晚上。 如果不想住在嘈杂的市中心，可以选择这里，本人并没有觉得不方便，民宿往外走一段，还能看到整个大叻，最重要的是，房东和房管小哥都特别好。

What a truly memorable stay! The Mekong River views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop to our entire visit. The host was exceptional – incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to be helpful, making our stay seamless and stress-free. We also really appreciated how spotlessly clean everything was within the apartment. And the minimalist design concept? We absolutely loved it; it created such a serene and uncluttered environment that truly enhanced our relaxation.

The host is amazing and always thinking ahead to ensure my comfort during the stay. Extremely helpful and considerate while being flexible with checking in/out requests. Had a power outage and the host went the extra mile to ensure my business meetings didn’t get disrupted and make arrangements accordingly. The apartment was just the right size for a business visit. Have enough activities to do around the complex and easy to get in/out of the city. Strongly recommend the host couple to all planning to visit PP.

Gebucht hatte ich 3 Nächte und bin letztendlich eine Woche geblieben. Wirklich ein sehr toller Ort! Viele Café’s und Restaurants in der Umgebung, ein tolles eigenes Café, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und in einer sehr entspannten, ruhigen Lage. Hoi An Old Town ist ca 4km entfernt und super mit einem Taxi oder Motorbike zu erreichen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und komme gerne wieder :)

Very close to sites we wanted to see (Lang Khai Dinh, Abandoned Waterpark, Perfume Village, etc). Place itself was great and the host very hospitable and nice. Highly recommend ✨️
