The building looked a bit old, so I was initially a little disappointed when I arrived. However, once I entered our room, I was pleasantly surprised—it was cozy, stylishly designed with modern touches, and fully equipped with updated facilities. Oscar, the host, was very responsive and addressed all my concerns quickly and professionally. He even allowed us to check in early since we arrived ahead of schedule. I had a peaceful night's sleep, as the place was quiet, and I also enjoyed a beautiful view of the city from our room.

Jizza was very accommodating. This is my favorite place to stay at in IT Park. Will definitely book this place again for all my business trips.

The unit at Saekyung Sir Jonathan's place exceeded our expectations, and its beauty shone through when we saw it firsthand. The amenities were all useful, particularly the washer and hair dryer. Although I couldn't figure out how to adjust the hot shower, haha! The pool-front view was stunning, and we were reluctant to leave. We'd love to return and hope we'll be welcomed back again.🥰🥰♥️♥️😍

I loved everything about this place! 🥰 It was super clean, and the ambiance and aesthetic were both homey and Insta-worthy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (the hot and cold water dispenser was a lifesaver!). The host was also friendly and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We loved our stay! The Airbnb was cozy and well-maintained, with a great kitchen. But what really impressed us were the little touches – embroidered towels and luxurious bathrobes! It was such an unexpected luxury, feeling more like a boutique hotel than a rental. The location was convenient, and the host was fantastic. We'd absolutely stay again.

The place is very homey. You can find everything that you need in the kitchen. Sir Manuel is very responsive in all my queries. The place is also near and accessible. There is a parking space with minimal fee. The place is clean and quiet. We also enjoy the big tv with netflix. Wifi connection is also in great speed. No problem with our stay. Definitely will book again in our future stay. Thank you.

I had an amazing time staying at Tito's place! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Tito was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

The place have a view to die for. Literally, you are so high up you can see the land layout and other venues. You can see TOPs and Temple of Leah from the balcony. Amenities was the best part of the stay as we didnt need to bring extra stuff. 3 bathrooms was also a plus, having 10 ppl in the group, we didnt need to fight for the restrooms, lol. The place is awesome and a good price for a piece of mind.

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in certain corners of the unit, but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we weren’t working remotely or streaming heavily. I had the pleasure of staying at a condo in Cebu, and it was an exceptional experience. The unit was modern, clean, and well-equipped, offering all the comforts of home. The amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and 24/7 security, added to the overall convenience and peace of mind.

The unit is cozy and clean. It looks exactly the same as shown in the description. It is relatively close to restaurants and IT Park but a bit far from the beach. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at.

The place is conveniently located in IT Park, right across from Ayala Central Bloc Mall. We've stayed in a few other Airbnbs in the area, and this tower was by far the nicest. The gym was well-equipped and air-conditioned—a rare find. The unit itself was clean, modern, and spacious. The host was responsive and kindly allowed us to check in a bit early, which we really appreciated. Everything worked well, and we had a very comfortable stay.

It was a great and memorable experience, it felt like we're in a comfy house all you need was there and complete.The ambiance was very cozy and realxing along with the view. We'll definitely be back soon! Thank so much ☺️
