The house is at Praia do Sorocotuba, a small hidden paradise in Guarujá with only 100 meters long. Deserted beach during the week, few people frequent to fds. Cozy, the Ranch counts with dining and living rooms, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a double bed, in addition to the balcony with an unforgettable sea view. Sleep with the sound of the waves and wake up to a wonderful sunrise from the sea. On the sand, the Ranch features beach chairs and umbrellas, bedding and full bath linens.

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent.

For those who like adventure and hiking, this is the ideal tour, very close to São Paulo, with access by trail or sea (it is not possible to arrive by car - there are private parking lots in Bertioga. Comfortable en-suite, two minutes from the beach, with a delicious breakfast and family atmosphere for days of rest. Please note the rules: we do not accept friends who are not staying at the property; we do not tolerate drug use on the property; we do not allow loud noise.
