Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Centre Ville, Aix-en-Provence

The villa was one of the top airbnbs we have ever stayed - evens better than on photos. Peaceful but just 10 mins by drive from the city. Outdoor area including pool and outdoor kitchen is simply lovely. Host are super helpful and responsive. We definitely try to come back one day!

We had a wonderful time. The house is perfectly located, right in the middle of nature and close to hiking trails. Everything is done to relax to the rhythm of the day, the grounds around the house offer an idyllic calm to listen only to the sound of nature. Thanks to Cheryl and her husband for hosting us.

Claude’s home was the perfect place for our family week in the South of France, close enough to walk to the village or 18min drive into a bigger city. Peaceful, very private and beautiful grounds. The home was set up very well for our family and 1 year old baby. All amenities were put to use but, especially the pool and yard. AC works AMAZING and kitchen was great to cook in. Overall a rustic dream for our time. The hosts were very flexible with every ask or need we had. Thank you Claude, Marie and Marceau. We cannot wait to be back!

We had a delicious family stay in this charming house, well laid out, comfortable and very clean, quietly located near Aix and visiting sites. Aline decorated it with great taste and everything was designed for us to have a pleasant time: games, well-stocked library for young and old, rocking chairs, terrace that allows you to enjoy the birdsong and the green setting... enough to share the sweetness of Provençal life. Thank you so much to our host for their responsiveness, flexibility on schedules , and hospitality. A beautiful location that makes you want to come back!

We had a great time at Séverine's house, the house is very nice, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. We had a great time in the pool, the beach is very convenient with the children and the jacuzzi at the end of the day very relaxing. The environment is very quiet, the view of the mountain is beautiful and we are in the center of everything to visit the region (30 minutes from the calanques of Cassis, 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille). We'll be happy to come back if we come back to the area, thank you again for this fabulous stay!

We had a great stay overall! The place is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. The outdoor areas are lovely, and the pool is large—a definite highlight. However, it was set to 23°C, which felt cold to us, so the kids only swam once during our 5-day stay. The hosts were very friendly and communicated well, which we really appreciated. The only small downside was that the pillows weren’t very comfortable, but everything else was great.

We loved our stay here. Marie was very helpful and informative. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Pool is great, especially for young, non swimmers. Lunch outside at the big table in the shade was always fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect spot for a family vacation!

We had a pleasant night in this comfortable and well-appointed house. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is cool despite the high outside temperatures during our stay.

Christophe's AirBnB is perfectly placed to be walking distance from the centre of Aix with an excellent bakery opposite. The hosts are very attentive and the apartment is well suited for 3 guests.

The house is well maintained, comfortable and functional, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The ideal garden for outdoor breakfast. LaRoque-d'Athéron is very quiet, perfect for those looking for some peace. The location is really great for exploring Provence. Really great choice!

Great house! Perfect starting point for excursions in all directions and to all the hot spots of Provence. Sufficient dishes and equipment and through the large fridge and washing machine we felt perfectly cared for. The pool is really big and super suitable for fun and play. A great place for a large family or group of friends to stay and enjoy the surrounding towns and countryside of Provence. The house is beautiful, pool and aircon lifesaving in summer. We could walk to town but our hired cars came in handy for trips in the area (the house is located in a suburb type area of Aix en Provence).

We had a great time. Very nice area. Great garden and great view from the house. Very well equipped. Tony is very friendly and very responsive.

location is excellent, many outdoor activities like swimming, petanque, hiking (during which we met many friendky locals and their dogs), close to nature, we encountered so much wildlife , there is a chevrier and the famous Rove goats and the AOC cheese in the neighborhood. If you love nature and isolation from the noise of the city, this is the place for you. Yet it is an easy drive to the cultural and gastronomic fearures of Provence.

We rented the place 3 days and 2 nights to participate in a wedding in Aix. The place is lovely, very clean, a large functional stay, air conditioning everywhere and the bedding very nice. Yolande and her husband are very welcoming, friendly, attentive and are at the same time to accommodate you. We enjoyed our stay and we will be sure to come back if the opportunity arises.

Françoise is a wonderful host. The house is spacious and welcoming, and the pool is perfect for kids – they had a great time!

Jean-Francois and Régine are very warm hosts. They were easy to reach at all times and helped with all questions. The house is in great condition, the amenities very good and colorful. The garden and pool are great and are very inviting to relax. Aix can be reached quickly and easily by car. Slightly fewer signs in the house with rules of conduct (which were very friendly) might have made arriving a little more cozy. We will definitely recommend the place.
