Its floor area is 66m2. A floor renovation, kitchen bathroom has just been carried out. It's air-conditioned except 1 of the 2 bedrooms. The proximity to the market, shops and restaurants makes it an ideal base in the city center without disturbing street noise, the neighborhood is very popular.

Two steps from Place Richelme and the town hall, you will be 5 minutes from Cours Mirabeau. You can stay at 4 and linen will be provided as well as basic products. Departures on Mondays must be at 8:30 am except in August where you can stay until 11am.
