The apartment is very beautiful, clean and in a great location. Irene and Estelle were extremely responsive. Special mention for the queen bed, really very comfortable! The apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator (to be taken into account if you have a lot of luggage). All in all a great stay, I would recommend and would be happy to come back!

We absolutely enjoyed staying in Frédéric’s place while visiting beautiful Amiens. Even though situated next to a busy street, the blinds provide ample privacy and the windows have more than enough noice cancelling qualities. It’s cozy, clean and perfect for a couple. The city center is at a few minutes walking distance, not nearly enough to walk off all the delicious chocolates and cakes that can be bought everywhere. 😉 We recommend this apartment fully!

I stayed for 3 months and had everything I needed. The apartment is well furnished and organized. And the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. It was the best rental experience I have ever had.

Very nice apartment quite suitable for visiting Amiens and its surroundings; located near the very lively district of Saint-Leu (restaurants and brewery: we recommend the Indian Restaurant), the Cathedral, the Hortillonages which allowed us to do all our visits on foot. Don't miss the visit to the basilica, the Somme museum in Albert, the various very interesting memorials, including the Canadian/Newfoundland memorial of Beaumont-Hamel, which is complete, and that of Thiepval and its magnificent fresco that tells the story of the Great War) We still have a lot of things to discover or even to do again in another season of the year... the accommodation is all found; all that remains is to schedule... thank you to our hosts!

Very nice apartment with pretty blue hues. It is well furnished and very bright with views of the Belfry, the Cathedral in the distance and the Town Hall. In the city center, you can do everything on foot, even your market on Saturday morning.

The apartment is fantastic. It is located on the 15th floor with a super unique view of the entire city, including the cathedral. Sunsets out the large windows were amazing. Very secure building, across the street from the gare making it easy to arrive. The apartment was spotless and we appreciated the welcome macarons, coffee pods, and house slippers. The host is super professional, thanks again to her for letting us know immediately that we left a kindle that we were able to retrieve! FYI: Look up the history of the building, its very interesting.

We had a very pleasant night in Kevin's accommodation, which perfectly matched the listing: clean, comfortable, well located. Upstream exchanges were fluid and very professional. Kevin exceptionally allowed us great flexibility for the arrival after a ceremony, which we really appreciated. In the heat, despite a faulty plug at the start, we managed to get the portable air conditioner to work, which made it possible to cool the apartment located under the attic. However, we were a little surprised that we couldn't reach him over the weekend, despite a few requests from us — fortunately nothing very important, otherwise we would of course have contacted Airbnb directly. There were also 2 sets of towels missing for the children, but this did not spoil our short stay. In summary, quality accommodation and an overall very positive experience. Thank you Kevin!

I would like to thank mister Thomas and Madame Delphine for their continued help thought the stay. The place is super clean and very well looked after. The place looked exactly like the photos shared with all the facilities needed and stated in the page. I didn’t have any problems. Madame Delphine and her husband were super friendly and helpful and highly recommend if you are visiting Amiens to consider their place to stay at.

This place is an absolute gem and a rare find on this platform. Bigger, cleaner, and nicer than advertised. Spectacular location. Wonderful sandwiches and coffee right outside the front door. Incredibly comfortable and well appointed space. Easy check in and check out (thank you Marie!). I wish we could have spent more time there. If our travels find us in Amiens again, we will absolutely book this apartment again.

Everything was perfect, the host was very attentive and responded in case of questions. The accommodation is close to everything in an easy to access street. Very good restaurants nearby. Beautiful, clean accommodation, with many advantages (equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bath, television, etc.). We recommend 200%
