Holiday rentals with a patio in Centre Ville, Nîmes

We had a great stay at Fabrice and Béatrice's, they are very warm hosts and do everything to make sure you have a great time. The accommodation is very functional, there is everything you need to feel at home. As for the pool, you couldn't ask for better, in a very quiet garden you could stay there for hours! Thank you for this moment, we will be happy to come back!

Nice little studio in the center of Nimes. Ideal for short stays and well-equipped for long stays for one person (two might be a crowd). The shower takes some getting used to but you'll get the hang of it. The location is perfect. You're within walking distance of just about everything there is to see and do in Nimes but the entry is on a backstreet so its reasonably quiet and peaceful. Marie was also very responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever come back to Nimes. Thanks!

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in beautiful surroundings. The hosts are the kindest people and gorgeous Tacos the dog assisted them with managing the guests and grounds. There is plenty to do in the area; quaint villages to explore, biking and other outdoor activities, etc. My only comment is that you really need a car to enjoy the area (we rented one from Nimes). Highly recommended; the property and area are wonderful.

Despite the weather for a weekend we had a great time, if you are looking for tranquility and freshness I recommend it. The style of the accommodation is very atypical so change of scenery guaranteed.

A terrific place to stay in Nimes. Very close to major sites and very comfortable.

We had found exactly what we expected - a super quiet place - you think you are in the middle of the forest. We loved the really beautiful furnishings of the integrated bedroom and shower room. Everything is very tasteful and of high quality. The air conditioning is outstanding - with a high-quality air conditioner, which cools the sleeping area down to the desired temperature, absolutely noise-free and draft-free. The kitchen area is located in front of the house - a kind of conservatory, which can be opened almost completely to nature via two large sliding doors, in a cool industrial look. The large pool area is just a few steps away - very well maintained and offers a spectacular view of the Pont du Gard. And - every evening we played a relaxed game of boules on the integrated playing field. The apartment is the perfect starting point for beautiful bike tours, or to get to one of the very good restaurants in the village center on foot. Great accommodation. We'll be back!

We had a very good weekend with the family in this pleasant and well-maintained accommodation. The pool delighted both young and old, and the barbecue area allowed us to share very good times together. The setting is quiet and conducive to relaxation. Host was responsive and welcoming. We had the most amazing time! Béatrice and Hector were brilliant hosts. The home was even better than the photos. The location is so peaceful, with a boulangerie within 5 mins. The pool was refreshing on the hot days and the garden is beautiful!

The property was better than described. Clean and bright! So much privacy in a calm little town, with the luxury of a private pool and private parking! Short walk to the town center, easy access to motorway and only a 30-45 minute ride to either Nimes or Montpellier. Great fit for us travelling with extended family! Thank you Marie!

Very good stay in the accommodation, small but very well equipped especially for young children (3 months and 3 years), faithful to the description. Well located accommodation, quiet neighborhood, clean and easily accessible swimming pool, presence of bicycles appreciated. small downside, difficult to move around when opening the folding bed. A big thank you, we have built beautiful memories with our children.

Celine is available, flexible and responsive. The accommodation is in new condition close to the port and the main ones. Parking and secure building. Celine is present at checkout and on arrival. Great human connection, a pleasure!

Annie is a friendly and considerate hostess. We only stayed one night but the accommodation was quite suitable, the best thing is that it is 15-20 min walk from the city center and the path is nice since it runs along the canal :) Thanks Annie! Happy hosting! Pauline

Elisabeth’s home was perfect for my family of five to explore Avignon and the surrounding region. Beautifully built with plenty of space indoors and out. We spent more time than I expected relaxing at the house because it was so comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is a short walk from the house. The parking and the homes proximity to the outer road meant I I did not have to navigate the tricky and narrow streets of Avignon but still had a car a 3 minute walk from the house kept in a gated shady lot. Cannot recommend this place and host enough.
