Recently renovated with high qualities and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: 43 TV", comfortable sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, tea and milk), microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob and a complete set of utensils. The room has a large and comfortable bed with a light duvet. All linen is 100% cotton. The client can only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the apartment and the contracted rate. The accommodation will be prepared for the number of people who are registered and must notify in advance if they need to use the sofa bed if there is one, plus an extra cost. In the bright and pleasant apartment there is a very quaint inner courtyard with plants and seating area to have a drink. The bathroom, with marble floor and LED lighting, has a large shower tray with gel dispenser - high quality shampoo and a large mirror. If you need it, you have iron, ironing board, clotheshorse and all cleaning supplies you may need. The apartment is equipped with a quiet central air conditioning.
