Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Centro Histórico, Distrito Centro

My second visit to Lola's studio and I just love it! Lola's Great, there if you need her but happy to leave you alone if not. One welcome new amenity is the Panoramic elevator which takes you up 30 metres from Avenida Carlota Alessandri, near the beach, to the Parque La Bateria, which is just a stones throw from home! For anyone who, like me, prefers not to use Carrefour, there is an excellent Mercadona supermarket just 200 mtrs further along the main road.

Die Unterkunft war äusserst sauber und sehr zuvorkommend. Es hat Spass gemacht darin zu kochen aber auch die Aktivitäten rund um das Appartement zu nutzen. Leider hat beim Check-In ein Schlüssel für den Eingang gefehlt, sodass wir durch die Garage nicht ganz leicht in das Gebäude hineinkamen. Allerdings wurde uns der fehlende Schlüssel später nun wiedergegeben. Gerne wieder!

Simla is a most gracious host, helpful and accommodating. She was responsive and proactive to everything we asked of her, from early arrival, household request, and reservations for the rooftop. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, staples in the kitchen, and slippers! The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for cooking meals during a 28 night stay. We loved having a water filter in the kitchen! Having the view was the best in making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. With cooler temperatures we did not use the HVAC system. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. The floor plan is efficient and workable. Enjoyed the location away from the city center, but close enough to walk to or catch a bus across the street. Building access was easy with concierge. Security was great at addressing 5a noise from the guest staying next door. Storage was great(note: the front closet is not for guest use). Great video instructions were provided for garage use(recommend a smaller car). Great stay!

El departamento es como se describe o mejor! Muy cómodo y con una vista preciosa de la bahía de Málaga, tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar una estancia corta o larga (como la mía ) muy buen estado de los muebles y de los enseres, limpieza y decoración sencilla pero muy agradable. Quizá solo tener en cuenta que salir del conjunto implica 300 o 400 m en colina, más la distancia al lugar de destino, un poco cansado, pero el tren y el bus están a la mano Para la comunidad hay un bonito jardín y en determinadas temporadas abren la alberca que está muy bien. Es un lugar muy seguro y aunque concurrido porque son muchos apartamentos , es razonablemente tranquilo; en verdad muy recomendable ! Yo volvería con gusto, gracias por su hospitalidad a Marga y a Joaquín

Augusto was very friendly and helpful. He met us at the house, explained all the amenities and showed us a map of the area with restaurant sugestions. It was possible to get a bus into Malaga to explore and visit museums, but we didn't have time. A large basement apartment with good light. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and fabulous bathrooms and showers. There were some steep steps down to the door, but he helped with our luggage. It was a shame that we had such a short stay. We would definitely stay again.

Gracias Javier! La verdad que la pasamos excelente en el piso, es tal cual está descripto y se ve en las fotos, todo impecable, nuevo y muy completo. Estuvimos alojados 3 días visitando Malaga y alrededores y la hubicación para nosotros fué ideal, en una zona tranquila cerca de todo, de facil acceso con vehículo propio y a pocos minutos de los lugares más turísticos de Malaga para visitarlos. Javier y Maria, su señora, nos respondieron prontamente siempre que los necesitamos y resolvieron todas nuestras inquietudes rápidamente, incluso Maria nos recomendo un restaurant en nuestro siguiente destino, Granada, al cual fuimos y fué todo un acierto. Si volviera a Malaga no dudaría un segundo en elegir nuevamente alojarmente en el piso de Javier.

Der persönliche Empfang ist herzlich und gibt die Möglichkeit Fragen zu klären oder sich Tipps abzuholen. Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen ausreichend gross und bietet mit einem Pool und kleinem Gym sowie der Strandnähe und einer tend. ruhigeren Lage sehr viel. Es liegt in kurzer Gehdistanz zu den nächsten Bushaltestellen, womit man schnell in Málaga Centro ist. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

El piso estaba ordenado y limpio, los anfitriones muy atentos y amables además de responder muy rápido. Nos recomendaron sitios donde ir. Nos a encantado estar ahí, todo perfecto volveríamos a ir sin duda.

El Airbnb de Susan es perfecto. La ubicación es maravillosa. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, de verdad, todo. Es súper cómodo y Susan siempre está disponible para ayudar. Es uno de los mejores Airbnbs en los que he estado y lo recomiendo a todos.

The apartment was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, within less than ten minute walk to Benalmadena Pueblo (steep hill climb upon return which was no problem for us but possibly an issue for anyone with mobility issues). The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean, the kitchen was equipped with every possible utensil and gadget you could ever imagine. The balcony was spacious and with a sea view. Lots of lovely little touches including a very welcome bottle of wine upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise at all from surrounding apartments so sleep was peaceful and undisturbed. We went to the marina which was a ten minute taxi ride away and took the bus to Mijas Pueblo which was also lovely. We loved Benalmadena Pueblo and would not hesitate to recommend Anna's place.

We loved staying at this beautiful seafront apartment within a gorgeous hotel. The location is fantastic right next to the Marina and a short walk to La Carihuela, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The host went above and beyond to ensure are stay was perfect. Thank you Nadine for your kindness. Our stay was perfect in every way and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Cieszę się, że udało nam się dobrze spędzić czas w tym miejscu. Świetna lokalizacja na spacery i blisko do metra — dojazd do centrum był wygodny. Będę miło wspominać pobyt. Cicho i spokojnie, a dla takiego widoku z okna naprawdę warto.

Niesamowite miejsce, piękniej niż na zdjęciach. Apartament miał wszystko... niesamowity widok, super wyposażenie, parasol, ręczniki plażowe, leżaki, pralka, zmywarka, klimatyzacja, pokój gdzie było pełno zabawek dla dziecka, można było parkować pod apartamentem dzięki specjalnej karcie. Poranna kawa na tarasie....bezcenne. Jesteś nad samym morzem a zarazem wszędzie blisko. Cała rodzina stwierdziła, że moglibyśmy tam zamieszkać :). polecamy z całego serca.

I have used Air BNB quite a lot but this house was by far my best experience yet. The communication was great and I cannot say enough about how clean this house was! We made wonderful memories with our children and extended family and will miss the views tremendously. We spent each night trying to decide where we should eat as the views are beautiful from everywhere! We would love to go back!

Would definitely recommend staying in Virgo’s apartment if you have a big family. We had 10 adults and all had great space and all the amenities we could ask for. Virgo was very friendly and gave great recommendations for the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again.

We lived there for couple of weeks as a family, and enjoyed the comfort and beauty of this apartment. Conditions were great, a lot of space for family and a neat look of the interior. Additionally, everything in the apartment functioned well. Moreover, the location and facilities like gym and a playground for kids in the yard were a prominent privilege and very convenient. The owners are also very friendly and welcoming. Therefore I would highly recommend this place for everybody who cherishes comfort and good facilities on vacation.

Vi havde den mest fantastiske uge i denne skønne bolig. Huset er smukt beliggende i bjergene, det er smagfuldt indrettet og der manglede intet. Vi nød den lækre pool, udendørsområderne, fitness udstyret og udsigten. Det er det skønneste sted og vi drømmer os allerede tilbage.

Great place for big groups. We used the appartment primarily for sleeping and showering. Which is fine, the toilets and beds are clean. Centre is 10-15 min walking distance. Thank you Maria!

Le meilleur logement que j ai fais jusqu ici une piscine jacuzzi 3 terrasses une salle de sport et cinéma Un équipement parfait avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin même un kit brosse à dent plusieurs serviettes. Irene a mis à disposition tout pour notre petite puce un transat une baignoire avec coussins un lit avec un vraj matelas. Nous avons manqué de rien. Irene est très disponible et nous a laisser la possibilité d arrive avant l heure prévu et de repartir plus tard Nous avions juste a posé nos valises. Il y a des bus et un service de taxi il y a un carrefour juste en face pour les courses ou un mercadona à 6 min à pied. Merci encore à Irene
