We can only really agree 100% with all the other very positive reviews here of Jon-Paul's apartment. It's a very comfortable apartment, a family home, so not sterile like some corporate places and very well equipped (good TV, Alexa, air-con, very nice quiet washing machine etc). As every review states, the terrace is amazing, if the sun is out you will get it! Jon-Paul's communication was exceptional throughout and the location of the apartment means you are literally 2 mins from the train station and the supermarket and 5 mins from the Paseo and the beach. The only issue we had was when the power went down in the whole of Spain and Portugal but we can't really hold Jon-Paul responsible for that! We have stayed in approx 20 apartments in the Los Boliches/Torreblanca area over the last 10 years or so and Jon-Paul's is probably the one we would be most likely to try to book again. Recommended!

Nous avons passé 8 jours exceptionnel dans cette résidence hôtelière parfaitement propre et bien placée. Tout est très bien réfléchi dans le moindre détail. La grande piscine vue sur la mer, le calme, l'emplacement géographique idéal par rapport au centre ville de torremolinos et la plage (3 minutes à pieds), l'accueil 24h/24h, le bar restaurant sur place,le ménage régulier, et j'en oublie plein d'autres qualités. Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr, sehr gute Lage, war sehr groß und geräumig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

La casa esta muy bien! Mi hija disfrutó mucho de la piscina. La zona esta rodeada de bares y restaurantes. Muy cerca del paseo marítimo y la playa.

Had a very nice stay at Andrea’s place. Place was just as described in the listing. Kitchen was well equipped to cook a meal if you like. Loved that the grocery stores and bus stops were within steps of the apartment. The historical centre and the beach were about a 15 and 20 minute walk respectively. If you’re a very light sleeper however I suggest a pair of ear plugs as the walls seem a little thin. We had an issue with the heating and once I called the owner it was fixed right away.

Amazing apartment 2 mins from beach with access to poolside and bar and resturant all staff amazing as was the apartment would highly recommend this. Loads of eating and drinking places and access to marbella by bus if you want to travel has a great marketyou can getaway with no car and walk or us public transport all holiday

Superb location on one of the most photographed streets in Mijas, the apartment is everything you’d need. Thomas made some great suggestions and is very helpful.

This is a beautiful flat, immaculately clean and stylishly furnished with all the facilities you could need for a great holiday. The beds are super comfy and the showers are great. It's in a relatively quiet part of Benalmadena with stunning views over the huge Park de Paloma. There are good resturants, cafes and supermarkets a short walk away and the beach and promenade walks are just around the corner. The indoor pool and jaccuzi were an added bonus onthe one wet morning! Yulia and Tatiana are really helpful and responsive. Totally recommended.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist sensationell und alles war sauber. Es war unser achtes Mal in Malaga und bisher eine der besten Wohnungen. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Es war leider relativ laut durch die Nachbarn, da die Wohnung auch recht hellhörig ist. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts.

Geweldig appartement met alle gemakken en luxe! Beide slaapkamers zijn voorzien van een 2-persoonsbed, douche en WC. Het terras is heerlijk. Strand nagenoeg voor de deur en op loopafstand van de drukte van Carihuela als je dat wilt opzoeken. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Endroit avec une vue superbe sur la mer depuis un appartement vraiment très agréable ! Plage à 10 minutes à pied avec une promenade de bord de mer proposant de nombreux restaurants et autres commerces. Proche de Malaga où les musées de manquent pas et pour les loueurs de voiture l'Alhambra est à une heure trente tout comme Gibraltar. Ces information sont pour les voyageurs du début de l'année, nous ne savons pas pour la haute saison comment cela se passe...

Fantastik lägenhet med otrolig terass och utsikt! Mycket bra läge, nära till både strand och restauranger och även enkelt att ta sig till och från lägenheten till närliggande städer med taxi eller tåg. Supertrevlig och hjälpsam värd med smidig kommunikation och incheckningsprocess.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "Vic" helped us with a late check in and made us feel welcome and at ease. He was kindly attentive throughout our stay and also made the best Pina Coladas we've ever had! The beds were very comfortable. It was cozy quarters in our unit, but the lovely spacious rooftop allowed us to spread out and relax. Even though this is a shared space, it felt very private and was never crowded. We enjoyed being served a wonderful continental breakfast on the rooftop in the mornings. We were impressed with how clean the apartment was. The bus stop was a few steps down the street for an easy quick ride into the historic district.
