There is also central air conditioning and heating throughout the house so you don't have to worry about the summer heat or the cold in the winter months. The studio is fully adapted for wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility. Please note: - the studio is located on the mezzanine floor of the building. - Some elements of the facilities may vary slightly with respect to the photographs. - In your apartment we will leave you a dose of detergent and softener so you don't have to worry about buying. - Under current regulations, we must communicate the personal information of all guests to the authorities. Therefore, when you confirm the reservation, we will send you the information to check in online, where you must provide your personal information before the day of arrival. Once you have completed your online check-in, you will receive an entry code for the outside door and another for your apartment. - We offer a light breakfast for free so you can have a drink before leaving the house. We will leave you a basket with everything for you to enjoy as and whenever you want. Breakfast includes: milk, coffee, infusions, bread, oil, butter, jam and something sweet. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival. - Reservations of 3 apartments or more may be subject to special supplements and conditions. Payment of a security deposit will be requested at the time of booking. - For group bookings and/or on high occupancy dates, a deposit will be asked upon arrival for possible damages of €200 per apartment. It will be done in cash and returned at checkout once the listing is reviewed.
