Beautiful house with plenty of space in nature. No direct neighbors and with large property right by the forest.

The place was great and I hope to come back again. The host was helpful and kind.

The house was really big with separate bathrooms and it was really nicely decorated. The house and pool were very clean and the garden was beautiful with an amazing view. The area was very safe and there was a lot to explore in the area. We highly recommend this house!

The place was wonderful. The location is very secluded and therefore very quiet. You are immersed in nature and have no neighborhood. The property is ideal for groups. The ambiance is also very nice - a pretty mixture of old and modern. The amenities are very good all around. We especially liked the sauna, the hot tub and the versatile barn. We highly recommend it and will be happy to come back.

Everything was perfect, very clean, well-equiped and nice house. The only thing to critisize was that we could not lock the bathroom downstairs and found the bed in the dormitory downstairs too soft.

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

I booked it because it looked good in the photos, but I was a little worried because there were no reviews But this place, which I went directly to, is perfect. It's clean, the view is nice, and it's warm.. The host couple who live right next door come right away to solve any questions or needs. I recommend this place where you can reach Cesky Chromnov in 15 minutes by car.

Two separate, lockable apartments in the basement of a family house, with Wi-Fi, a shared garden, a pool, and free street parking. The host can flexibly switch the apartments; I originally booked apartment 2 but ended up getting apartment 1, which wasn’t really a problem. The accommodation (apartment 1) is spacious, with a large wardrobe in the hallway, a living room with a double bed + a bunk bed and a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and another room with a double bed and a dining table, from where a small kitchenette is accessible. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, the only negative is that there were no basic cooking supplies available (oil, salt, pepper, etc.). The host is reliable, responds quickly to any questions but gives guests plenty of space. Since access is via a key box, there was no personal contact, and we weren’t disturbed. I recommend it, and if I’m in the area again, I’ll try to stay here.

Beautiful house and great garden with campfire area and barbecue facilities. Toilet paper was also spontaneously brought to us on request:D. Everything we needed for our friend's trip was there. The area is quiet and the neighbors were nice.

Great place to stay for groups. H. Váňová (owner) is very kind and helpful. The cottage is clean and matches the photos and description. Both a boat and a ping pong table are available on-site.

The house is very nice and tidy. The surrounding area is beautiful, lots of activity options for small and large. We also recommend a tour of the cities nearby, mainly Rožmberk above Vltavou and Česky Krumlov. We wanted to see much more but it ran out of time. A little warning, this year there was a huge wasp in the whole area,this information is important due to allergic reactions that we are prepared. Other than that, highly recommended.

Our stay was very nice, we were satisfied. Too bad we just found that the grill was not cleaned after the last use. Otherwise, everything was great. 😊

A beautiful, welcoming, and cozy place to stay. Everything new and super decorated. The joy of living here. The owners are nice and the communication is quick. Despite the initial inconvenience in the reservation, we solved everything at the speed of lightning. Highly recommend and will be sure to come back! 😍
