There are 3 double rooms with high wooden ceiling and air conditioning and bathroom in each room. In addition, there is 1 single room and a shared bathroom. You can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The villa has all the furniture and items needed for a pleasant holiday. Hair dryer is also available in each room. You can enjoy the landscape in the Balinese style with a private pool in the garden. There are two terraces with seating sets, sun loungers and a dining table and a space for your every need and enjoyment.

Our guest house is situated in the idyllic region of Ovacik village. Here you will find fresh and tasty artichokes in spring and sweet melons and delicious tomatoes in summer. Wine and olive oil have been produced for centuries in the area and you can enjoy long peaceful walks and fresh air even in the middle of summer. I’ve had many airbnb stays…whether in & outside Turkey but this stay was out of this world. With my family, we spent a fantastic 7-day at the beautifully furnished, well-organized house and we couldnt have felt more at home. Victoria is hosting this beautiful house right at the seafront with her in-laws. Mr Osman and Mrs Semra are one of the kindest, most attentive and considerate people I’ve ever met. They’ve made our stay more memorable with their hospitality & engaging conversations. The place is very well-organized (in terms of amenities & furniture & utilities), has a breathtaking view overlooking the sea, a convenient beach. It is 8km away from the nearest town with shops & supermarkets. 30-40 km away from hotspots like Çeşme & Alaçatı. It has been a delight for us to stay at this place. We will most definitely be back. Special thanks to Osman & Semra for being the most amazing hosts ever!

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. Every corner of the pool, garden, and barbecue area was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across hosts like this. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely, it has a very good location, the neighborhood is very good, Ms. Hatice is very caring, she provided quick answers and helped with everything, the house was completely clean and very comfortable, the pool section is completely sunny, you can enjoy the shade under the porch if you want, your neighbors in the houses next to you are very friendly, you can feel as peaceful as in your own home

This holiday we went as a family was definitely a good experience. It has a clean, stylish, peaceful, calm atmosphere. Details such as bedding sets and kitchenware were clean. The pool and garden were very well-maintained. It made us feel comfortable, it brought the details we were looking for to life. Mr. Yakup's communication was very pleasant and professional. I only have two minor suggestions: First, one of the double beds was a little worn and creaked quite a bit. This affected the comfort of the accommodation. Renewing it will increase the value of the house. Secondly, it would be nice to have a few packages of tea, coffee, a small salt shaker, and other small but much-needed details in the kitchen. Such subtle touches can make the stay feel more special and complete. Overall, we were very happy, thank you.

Dear Gülay, Thank you for the wonderful arrangements that you made in your home to receive us and made sure that we weren't inconvinced in any manner. Every corner of the house is so attractive and likeable expecially the coastal blue inspired colour palatte, which soothes your senses.
