It is 17 km from the center of Arsuz and 7 km from Iskenderun. When coming from Antakya to Arsuz, you can go to the house from across Işıl Sitesi. There are 3 double bedrooms on the 2nd floor. On the lower floor, there is 1 living room, a vestibule, a closed kitchen, and a bathroom with a WC. There are a total of 3 air conditioners in the house. There are 2 smart cameras outdoors. There is a secure parking lot with an entrance into the garden. There are no dues. It has a separate entrance. There is clean asphalt in front of the house. About 200 meters ahead, there is an access to the Iskenderun-Arsuz road. Yalı Beach Club Hotel has a private entrance to the beach. Check-in is free, but food and beverages are subject to a fee. There is a public beach in front of the Diva Turka hotel. There is an A101 store on the side of the road. Thanks to the nearby meat restaurants and bakeries, food is delivered to the house. Lahmacun, tray kebabs, and fried chicken on a tray are delivered to the house. Message me prior to booking.

This is a pleasant apartment flat, the top floor in a 11-storey building in Northern Adana. It is located on one of the main roads, with bakery, groceries and many cafes located within a few minutes walk. This is my city home and although I spend most my time in my home in Mersin I also spend some time here myself from time to time. Therefore house has all the comforts that one can expect from a home. A fully equipped kitchen, Heating/air conditioning, TV, satellite, etc.
