Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cha-am

Quick communication. Early check in and check out was possible without hassle. As was a booking adjustment for a mistake I made (booked a little too long of a stay). Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Internet was good enough for full hd streaming. All in all very good price, especially for the location. Near market and beach.

The host was very responsive and helpful. Sorted out our requests very quickly. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you 🙏

The room is comfortable and clean, the landlord responds quickly, is not far from the beach, and is convenient for shopping. It is the first choice to consider again in the future

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

Very close to 7/11. Beachfront with great pool. Although a fair distance to main part of cha am. Place was as described, check in very flexible as we arrived very late. Help was always there. Only thing I would say is the amount of mosquitos even keeping doors and windows closed it managed to still get in. Host provided mosquito bats though. Good stay overall

Penn’ house was located at an excellent place and clean! Near beach & mall, of course, you need to have 10mins walk. Check in date there was a small problem and thankfully hosts replied quickly and solved immediately. And I have an unforgettable experience during my last stay night, the building was stopped electric because of the heavy rain, however, Penn was very friendly assist to contact building management for following up. I just want to say, just find Penn if you have any problems, they are friendly & helpful.

Alles war so wie erwartet.Das Gebäude ist etwas älter,aber der Pool ist sehr schön und die Wohnung auch. Von dort ist es nicht weit zu verschiedenen Restaurant,711,Cicada Nightmarket und zu den verschiedenen Stränden in Hua Hin.

Visarat's condo is a large studio located in a quiet corner of the building facing the pool. Minutes walk from beach, restaurants and shopping. Condo is well maintained, cleaning products provided. Electric is included, room cleaning is an extra charge.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Vasana was so easy to work with and help us coordinate transportation when we needed it. Our family has a fabulous time and we would stay here again!

Een geweldige villa. Echt prachtig en rustig gelegen. Een fantastisch zwembad met jacuzzi. Bij aankomst verwelkomt door de host en een rondleiding met uitleg over alle apparatuur door de villa. Zeer ruime living met open keuken. In de villa zelf 4 ruime slaapkamers met allen een inloopkast en ensuite badkamers die ook erg groot en schoon zijn. Mooi terras rond het zwembad en een overdekt gedeelte om ook buiten te eten. De 5e slaapkamer bevind zich in het poolhouse en is ingericht met een living en slaapkamer. Zeer moderne keuken met alles erop en eraan. Je kan de host op elk moment iets vragen. De communicatie verloopt erg soepel. Deze villa is het geld echt waard , een echte aanrader. Heb vaker een poolvilla gehuurd maar deze is echt geweldig. Ik ga hier absoluut zeker terugkomen.

A great getaway villa if you want to stay away from all the city noise! Plenty of space within the villa, everything is as showed on photos, the host and her husband are very friendly and nice people! Especially loved the pool!

nochmals lieben dank für alles. ich hatte wunderbare tage. die gegend ist ruhig, sicher und gut zu fuss erreichbar. einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich gleich vor der haustüre. die wohnung ist klein aber fein und sauber. das internet ist sehr schnell, alles top.

Fern's place is amazing. The little cabin I rented was rustic but sweet. A little small for 2 people, but ideal for 1. Internet, AC, and hot water all good. The scenery is stunning. Rice paddy fields, palm trees, and mountains Sunsets are rainbow colors and paint the scenery almost like a movie set. There are 4 little cabins fairly close to each other but far enough that is not intrusive. Right out front is a little pond with koi-like fish, with a sweet little bridge lit by lanterns. The restaurant is homemade and decent. Good sizes, and she even offers a hot pot! The rooms are extremely affordable for what you get, and the restaurant has local prices. Pretty ideal. She's also got a motorcycle to rent, which is free or at least very cheap to get supplies nearby. But the best part of the whole experience is Fern herself. She's sweet, kind and goes the extra mile. Her English is excellent and offers a few words of assistance if you're willing to learn Thai. A definite recommend:)

Rinyarat’s house was so nice for our month long getaway! It was pet friendly which was a huge plus for us because we have 2 small dogs. The yard was perfect for them, fully fenced in. There were bikes we could use to ride to the beach which was about a half mile away or to the clubhouse which had 2 pools and a gym. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in Cha Am near the beach. It would be best to have your own car because it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants. Grab & Food Panda both deliver to the house.

The property is meticulously maintained and as secure as one can be in Thailand. The condo is located in the quietest part of the complex. I had a small hiccup , but Pitanu resolved the problem fairly quickly. The pool and gym were always busy.

Das Apartment war hygienisch top gepflegt, in städtischer Top Lage, was natürlich etwas zu Lasten der ruhigen Umgebung geht. Laut Vorgabe der Hausverwaltung sollte in der Küche nicht rauchintensiv gekocht werden, weil sonst der Rauchmelder in der Küche anspringt. (?!) Kann die Anbieterin nix für- ist aber sicher für Selbstversorger interessant.

This wonderful apartment is located very well within Hua Hin. Very close to a daily night market the offers all kind of delicious food and goods. There are a great variety of restaurants reachable by food. Also the beach is close enough to easily be reachable by food. Another possibility to cool down is the nice and clean pool that can be used by residents. The apartment itself was very nice and exactly like depictured. The owner where very well reachable and quick in responding to any kind of question. All in all we had a wonderful time here and would come back to this apartment any time again.

We've had two weeks at La Casita and thoroughly enjoyed it. Apartment was well furnished and equipped. Location was ideal in between Bluport and Market Village shopping centres. We've loved it so much, we extended our stay.

Lovely and responsive hosts. Great condo with lots of storage. Close to night market and beach. Check in and out was easy.

C'est un logement très agréable et fonctionnel, situé dans un des plus beaux condominium de la ville. L'hôte a été très réactive et arrangeante.

This was one of our favorite accomdations in 7 years of travel. The property is beautiful with many trees all around. All the staff is so friendly huge shout out to the amazing security guards at the entry and parking area. They were so friendly. The pool, gym and rooftop hang out area all clean and well maintained. The apartment itself is also very updated. High speed internet, good kitchen, super comfy bed. Great spot for digital nomads too. Huge plus for the lovely bath soap. The area is also great 10 min ish walk to the best beach area. Without any rocks. Lots of spots to eat, shop etc. The grocery store in blue Port will be done I think this month but we just walked to Lotus at Market. Everything you need is on one street. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wow! This accommodation made us fall in love with Hua Hin. The place is very comfortable, and well-maintained. The condo community is fantastic too — with an amazing pool, a well-equipped gym, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Runchita is a wonderful host — incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
