The house is new and very comfortable for a couple. With more people, with mattresses on the floor up to 3 as Alejandro offers, it is feasible, but you have to consider the limited space for storing clothes. The location is privileged with respect to businesses and food houses, ideal for those who want to rest and forget about the vehicle. We went as a family (3 people) with a dog for 4 nights. The perimeter is well fenced with wire to prevent the escape of any pet. Alejandro was always attentive to any requirement; he even provided us with the contact of a family member for any questions. I recommend consulting Alejandro about the low flow of hot water in the shower, especially for winter stays. He offered to send a specialist, but we declined because it was only a few days, and we prioritized rest and privacy, on the eve of a birthday. The rest worked well. Ideal for meeting with family and disconnecting

Beautiful apartment, extremely comfortable, with an internal patio and balcony ideal for watching the Chaco sunsets. The room and living room are very comfortable to spend quiet days in the heart of a very quiet neighborhood of Resistencia. A few blocks from several supermarkets and restaurants. The pool is beautiful with an amazing view of the city.

The host welcomed us by adapting to our schedules. Since he handed us the key, he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The place was sparkling clean. The park is beautiful and was perfectly cared for and neat. The place is a bit far away but I think that's what makes it special because of the feeling of peace, tranquility and relaxation. Just what we were looking for to celebrate our son's birthday as a family. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

We loved our stay at El Refugio. The entire place was even more beautiful than the pictures. We got to enjoy the multiple quinchos for asado nights and play basketball while watching the sunset. Juan and Emily were very helpful; answered any questions we had very promptly. I would 10/10 recommend.

We value the cleanliness and order and the expectations were met with respect to that point. The towels and spotless linens. The beautiful garden with the cut grass. And one thing we loved is that the pool was clean despite not being in the summer season. A very quiet area. The house is great for couples. We will definitely be back here.

It was great! It was 11 PM and we didn’t have a place and Natalia answered right away. We even left something in the fridge and she kept it for us to pick up later.

The place is super cozy, the very pleasant hostess, polite, made a point of talking in our language. The village had a supermarket very close by. We really felt at home. It is well worth it. Resistance is a very beautiful place! We love it so much. At the end we were still presented with buns for breakfast.
