Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. Stag Cottage

Hayeswood Farm is set in the rolling hills of south Derbyshire. Our family moved here in 2024 and have a strong focus on sustainability, regenerating the land and creating a haven for wildlife. The farm is home to chickens, ducks, geese and our three whippets and is a great place to see wildlife such as songbirds, hare, partridge, and fallow deer. With public footpaths on our doorstep and plenty of pubs and farm shops near by, Stag Cottage is the perfect location for a weekend getaway.
