Holiday rentals with beach access in Chàm Islands

The view was the best we’ve ever seen and the rooms were clean, spacious and had everything we needed! It’s also a great location, next to the beach and many local restaurants, would highly recommend to travellers going to Da Nang!

10/10 recommend the place. The apartment was clean, with amenities. The host was easy to contact. Beautiful with ocean access. The hotel is lovely. Food and hotel services are separate and have a hotel charge, which was clearly communicated by the host.

Phu’s place is as described and photographed. It’s a small one bedroom apartment, centrally located where there are lots of restaurants and bars around the area, while the beach is a few min walk away. Despite its location and that there is a bar right across the street, this unit is quiet at night as it is at the back side of the building and faces another building. The downside is that it does not get a lot of sunlight during the day but I take that over noisy nights. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor that you have to walk through to get to the elevator but it was not an issue for me. Thanks for the great stay.

Everything was perfect

I had a lovely stay, I really liked the large balcony area, I could see the sun set in the distance and always nice to get fresh air. There are shops, coffee shops, gyms and restaurants close by. Everything you need. A cosy spacious studio apartment at a good price.

Thu’s place is jaw-droppingly magnificent—spotless, bright, and airy, with a design that instantly makes you feel at ease. The view of Hoi An’s beach is simply beautiful, and the space takes full advantage of it. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which was a nice bonus. The staff were warm and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth and effortless. We also really appreciated Thu’s responsiveness and transparency—it made everything feel easy and stress-free. We truly wish we could’ve stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Definitely a recommended stay for anyone visiting Hoi An and Da Nang!

Clean place, close to the beach.

Definitely a great place to stay. I've enjoyed every single day there, and Annie and her sister was amazing. They even contacted me after I was checked out, because I forgot some pants and money there. Both super friendly and helpful 🙏

Great location for our family of three. Hosts were available to communicate with. Easy biking around the neighborhood. Found a gym nearby and tons of restaurants. Pool was a nice bonus. Shared with other units can be crowded but also opportunity to meet new people. Loud music went until midnight a couple of nights and we didn’t get the unit we booked. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms but the other two were totally fine. Overall we had a good stay.

It was a good choice for a family trip. The resort's shared pool and beach are also within walking distance. The place was clean and spacious as shown in the photos. The host is also nice. I was able to communicate in Korean. Thanks to you, we had a great family trip.

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

Authentic house near the beach with beautiful garden.

The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from a stunning beach. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. When one of our friends lost their passport, she went out of her way to assist us in filing a police report. The police wouldn’t speak with us without a translator, and she stepped in to make sure everything was handled smoothly.

Quick reply from the host I couldn't use the buggy, so Together with the host It was comfortable because you moved my luggage. The accommodation is large and spacious

We had a great stay at Thuong’s place. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Thuong could not have been more helpful and professional, going out of her way to assist. The neighbourhood has plenty to offer: beach, local cafes, mini marts and early morning markets and is a nice contrast to the intensity of the old town. The old town is just 10 minutes by Grab, if you are booking a car, it’s easier to do it from the next street up, the main street with shops etc because drivers can have difficulty getting down the narrow riverfront road. It’s not impossible and some did amazingly but it’s easier to walk one minute and book from there. Thank you Thuong for all your help, suggestions and availability. It was really lovely to meet you!!

We have just had a wonderful 8 day stay at Banyan Ocean Villa. Everything worked seamlessly, from booking, to airport pickup - and from the moment we arrived at the villa we were treated like royalty by Yen and the team. Nothing was too much trouble - breakfast everyday was wonderful, and the team were always available to offer local suggestions or advice. Communication with Jules and Matt was great as well, with them proactively offering suggestions and regularly checking in with us, which was appreciated. The location is wonderful - literally 30 seconds from the beach and being in An Bang rather than Hoi An was fab as a lot quieter (and still great restaurants) - but close enough to Grab into Hoi An. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to go back one day - was a wonderful holiday.

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! I very much enjoyed my stay here. Studio in a resort setting; the place was clean and very well equipped where I felt like home. Been thru several places in Vietnam, and this place stands out to me. Beach is a pleasant 5 min or less walk with several pools, beach loungers, grass / green space; literally resort lifestyle but staying in your own apartment experience. Austin and Lenh were also excellent hosts responding to all inquiries. I rarely say this with AirBNBs, but would definitely stay again 👍🏻

n general, highly recommended. Very easy communication, good internet, nice view, pleasant smell, and clean. Great and central location. The only thing to improve would be the mattress in the 1 smaller bedrom (it was just thin foam instead of a proper mattress).

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.
