Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Phnom Penh

Vannys place was fantastic. Vanny and his partner are very warm and welcoming. Vanny got back to me on any and all questions within 10 minutes. Overall, very good!

Wir waren insgesamt fast zwei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft. Lyon war während der gesamten Zeit super erreichbar, ist sehr auf unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse wie das Ausstellen einer Rechnung eingegangen und hat uns proaktiv immer mitgeteilt was zu tun ist und auch regelmäßig gefragt, ob wir angekommen sind und ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr geräumig und bietet reichlich Platz sodass wir auch mit 6 Leuten ein super Erlebnis hatten. Die Hygiene war auch sehr gut, lediglich beim Geschirr könnte vielleicht noch etwas sorgfältiger gesäubert werden, da hier z.T. noch kleine Unreinheiten vorzufinden waren. Als Wermutstropfen könnte zwar genannt werden dass es kein WLAN gibt, aber Datenvolumen ist in Kambodscha so Spott billig (6 Dollar für 60gb/30 Tage) sodass das wirklich kein Problem ist. In der Beschreibung steht es fließt kein Warmwasser. Wir hatten die Erfahrung, dass zu verschiedenen Zeiten sehr wohl Warmwasser fließt. Im Ergebnis also wärmste Empfehlung!

Good homestay for foreigners and locals

The place is very comfy and easy to find. Stayed here for 7 nights and i would say it was a comfortable stay. However, the AC was a bit weak so it takes a bit long to feel the AC, with the hot weather, it can be slightly frustrating. Also one of the bathrooms has slight smell. Otherwise, all was good!

I have incredible time with my family on Mother’s Day. It’s beautiful, clean, fresh, feeling so home. Jasmine flowers (Pkar Mlis) smell so good in the morning. 10/10

Очень хорошо всё оформлено, по домашнему уютно. Высокие потолки в гостинной, есть всё, даже кофемашина и блендер. По утрам слышно приятное пение птиц и легкий шум природы. Рекомендую

The place is pretty good. Had everything I needed and it was just as it was advertised. Didn’t really have any major issues. The only minor one was that I couldn’t open the door to the outside patio. But it wasn’t a big deal to the point it would lose a star.

Lovely accommodation just what we needed! Lovely pool and clean living space and bedroom. Kitchen space all in use. The host allowed us to stay an extra day with no problems!

This is the 4th time I've stayed at this property. Booked a slightly more expensive and bigger room than previous years which was great value for money. Staff very friendly and I checked in 2 hours earlier than official check-in time. This year security at the main gate. Used Grab wherever I went. Highly recommended

My friend and I had a wonderful two weeks at Reasey's place. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. It was very clean and well-equipped and she left little extras (coffee, tea, instant noodles) for us which were appreciated on arrival. The building is fantastic as it has a rooftop garden with beautiful views of the city. There is also a cafe/bakery, mini mart, and gym/swimming pool on the 4th floor which were super convenient. The neighborhood is completely safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. There are tuk-tuks always around too which make it convenient to get around the city if you don't feel like walking. Reasey checked in on us and was always super responsive. She is a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying at her place. If I go back to Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay at her place again. Thank you for everything Reasey!

It was my first time in Phnom Penh and it was a wonderful trip, perfect location, fantastic view and Emma was super responsive. I plan to go again soon and I will for sure try to stay at the same place if it available!

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

The cocoon was centrally located and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is a concierge on-site should you have any questions. There is an in-unit washing machine. Right across the street is the mall with a great food hall and a massive grocery store should you need to buy supplies. The Celeste rotating bar is worth the visit, especially in the evening. Tyta is very responsive should questions come up during your visit. Check out her host book, which is chockful of local recommendations, all in the neighborhood.

The accommodation was easy to find and the self check-in was simple. The place is well located and in a quiet building. The apartment is beautiful and feels like home. No windows in the bedroom, so you will get a nice long night of sleep in the blacked out room. There's a small balcony and comfy couch if you want to Netflix and relax. The gym and pool access is not free though ($3 for a day pass) but totally worth it.
