House holiday rentals in Chang Moi Sub-district

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

Noey’s house was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. Probably one of my favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed at. A lot of privacy yet still close to everything. The pool was amazing and she even arranged for us to get a ride back to the airport. Would 10 /10 recommend and stay here again

I’m staying at a villa in Chiang Mai with a fantastic location —it’s very close to the Old City and within walking distance of the night market. This is so different from the Chiang Mai villas I stayed in before outside the city, which were in remote locations with nothing around. What I especially love are the several mango 🥭 trees in the garden. There are so many large mangoes falling from the trees 🌴 that I couldn’t possibly eat them all! I will definitely back again for mangoes! Highly recommended!

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

Very happy five nights very quiet and clean house is very suitable for two or three families to come together and play with clean towels every day and water There is also a housekeeper cleaning every day

Paul and Mim's place is wonderful, great ac in every room, beautiful garden, lovely pool, all amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Chaing Mai. Great cafe across the road that the best croissants. I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough, book it, you'll love it.

This is a good place for family or a group of friends. Pretty close to night market and some day market. In addition the owner Sarah is friendly and we had a great time with my family. Thanks Sarah

Cute hidden gem in Chiang mai. The house is sooo pretty and looks exactly like in the picture. Also located in a quiet neighborhood. Nithi is very responsive and very helpful. Very recommended this place to anyone coming to Chiang mai :)

My partner and I stayed here at Nanthiya and Khing's place for a few days and fell in love with the house and the area. The house is a beautiful little two story home filled with artistic creations from the hosts and their friends. It feels like it's out of Studio Ghibli film. The location is really convenient with lots of restaurants, cafes, street food options, as well as a 7-Eleven and pharmacy all within minutes walk. The area is great too as it's only a short scooter ride into central Chiang Mai, but is so peaceful and green. The hosts, Nanthiya and Khing, are such lovely people and were really helpful. We can't recommend it highly enough ❤️

Tammey House was one of our best Airbnb experiences. The location is 10/10 so convenient to walk everywhere or hop in a Grab or on a Songthaew. The home is comfortable and beautiful. Khun Tam is so friendly and eager to help in any way she can. She helped arrange a car to take us to Doi Inthanon and also recommended many local activities and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

The apartment is clean and quiet, in a quiet laneway, there are small shops next door very convenient, massage and food nearby CP value is very high

I really enjoyed this spot! The outdoor patio was my favorite part, with beautiful wood furniture and an outdoor fridge and sink. Yummy free coffee or tea in the lobby. The staff let us leave our bags with them for a few hours until our next check in time. 10/10 would reccomend, great spot, great staff🙏🙏

it was just the place we (group of 5) were looking for. It was clean, located in one of the prime areas with all the amenities nearby. we have dwverything around the corner and logistics were very easy. We would definitely recommend this property and would want to stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. If we weren't on a schedule to leave for Phuket, I would have liked to stay longer. I especially liked walking around the neighborhood. There were nice cafes, restaurants, art galleries, etc. Tinnaphat was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is spacious, clean, and had nice finishes. They also provided complimentary snacks.

We had such a perfect stay at Xiaoxie’s Airbnb! We loved it so much we ended up extending an extra 5 nights. The location is amazing and in walking distance to the best spots in the old town. There are also lots of great cafes and restaurants very nearby. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the couch and watching Netflix after a long day of exploring. The shower gets very hot, and the bed was super comfortable. The private pool was a highlight for us! We would love to stay here again, and I think this would be a perfect place for longer stays in Chiang Mai.

Amazing location and vibes. Ajariya is an amazing host, I asked if I could early check in and she was more than happy to let me check in the moment I checked out from my other place(11:00Am). This is super rare from a host. The location is in the old city, a lot of workspaces, cafés, restaurants near the location. Everything is walkable which is something I really enjoyed.

Very clean and spacious house in a safe and quiet neighborhood where you will, also, be close to the city and its attractions. The host is very welcoming and responsive. Overall, great price for value.

Is there another accommodation that was this good? Even if you give 1000 points out of 5, it's not enough. It's too big for 2 people, but it's the best place for 3 or more people! I told Rath, but the real thing is much better than the picture. (It seems that I asked for an update, but I was disappointed to see the actual product, so I left it as it is) Features 1. Free airport pick-up/drop-off The flight from Korea to Chiang Mai was delayed, but even at the late hour, they provided a pick-up and drop-off service, so it was a very comfortable trip.(Stay here without moving to the accommodation and return home) 2. Accommodation condition It was a traditional style wooden accommodation, so it was really emotional and special. He's renovating the house where his mother-in-law, Rath, used to live. I was even more grateful and cherished it because I knew it was a precious space for my family. I also liked the spacious space divided into the 1st and 2nd floors. 1st floor: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining table, living room, kitchen, backyard washing machine (detergent, fabric softener available) The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large TV and a living room. It's made up like this. All the beds were king or queen, and there were blackout curtains in every room, so I slept comfortably. The shower pressure wasn't that strong, but It wasn't uncomfortable to wrap my long hair. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toothpaste, cotton swabs, everything was nice.😀 The product was a local product, and it was better because it was a new product, not a refill. I changed the shower filter, and it was much less dirty than other areas, so I was very satisfied. 3. Quick contact, local feedback I contacted them frequently through messenger, and they answered very quickly, so I was able to reflect all kinds of local information (restaurants, traffic, etc.) in my travel itinerary. It was so nice. Since he worked as a flight attendant in the past, he was good at English, so there was no difficulty in communicating. 4. Linked Services I was introduced to a private tour of Doin Tanon, and even the driver was so kind. I was completely satisfied! I was able to use the massage in the front building at a reasonable price. Local massage is also good, so try it! I'd say it's Rath's family!
