Very nice place to stay

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

Great trip to Chiang Mai, the B&B is on Nimman Road, very convenient!The house is very tidy and clean, and the surrounding environment is quiet.The young lady who received us was very nice and told us about the delicious and fun things around.We'll come back if we have the chance!

It was much more spacious and better than the photos. The host, Bo, was also really kind and treated us really well. It was my first time in Chiang Mai, and I was worried that the accommodation would be weird since I was going with a big family, but I was completely satisfied. I think it was a close and safe place with restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. I definitely recommend it for large families or groups!

It is fantastic to have free pick-up and drop off from the airport to villa. Also, we felt relax to enjoy an onsite chef made breakfast which were different every day. Pan allowed us to have western style, Pad Thai and meat ball soup noodles during our stay. The fruit and yogurt were great too! We had a good holidays in the villa.

It’s a very good area and easy to get anywhere either by walk or taxi. There is a 711 right next to the house which was convenient. The landlord and cleaning team are extremely helpful and nice. The house is spacious and beautiful too! If there is anything I think is the weakness, maybe about the soundproof of the house. It looks like a traditional Thai house (not sure) and all built by wood so we could hear the motorbike driving loudly at the night. It’s not a big problem but worth for people to know if you are a light sleeper.

Very responsive and helpful host. Great for holiday as the host offer everything you will ever need during your holiday here. The place is very clean and nice.

It is made of teak wood, so there are no bugs and all conditions are good.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful pool villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. surrounded by greenery, and perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. We spent most of our afternoons lounging poolside and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The host was fantastic – super friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Check-in was smooth and easy, and everything was exactly as described in the listing

I had an absolutely blissful stay with the host Nepat couldn’t have been more helpful. Recommendations were provided for everything needed and the service provided in cleaning, cooking and doing my washing couldn’t have been better. It was the accommodation I chose for a family trip, and it was the perfect place for my family to stay. It was the best accommodation where both parents and young children were satisfied, and in particular, the host Fatimma and her staff were very kind and responded perfectly, so I think it will be a great memory. Matches the photos and entering the house will add 100% points, clean, comfortable The location is the best part Walking distance to the bustling mall Massage, night market And it's easy to get to any attraction And any appliances in the house are great From the kitchen microwave to the bathroom hair dryer I will definitely visit again if I have the opportunity💕

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

House was nice. We enjoyed our stay

The property is great one and worth the money but what made our experience much better was the host. She was a very friendly, helpful, and cared person. She even went beyond her duty and picked us up from the airport just to get to her property faster. Thanks Jaifah for the great hospitality and I recommend this place to anyone coming to Chiang Mai.

Thank you so much jay, family-like company for a few days, responded quickly to all my questions and handled it properly, including helping me to pick up the delivery haha.Plus this house, our whole group was very satisfied, the big lawn allows the kids to run wantonly, the clear pool staff is taking care of it daily, it makes me very comfortable having the kids to play, as well as all the snacks, drinks, red wines in the kitchen and living room are all free tastings, it really was a shock!Washing machine, microwave oven, stovetop, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), you should have everything.The details were so touching.The kids were naughty playing with broken curtains and the staff didn't bother us after they fixed it.We will be back again and can't wait to see jay next time.❤️

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

This has to be one of our favourite stays ever! The villa is fantastic for a couple - clean, private, with a beautiful pool and great surroundings. Special shout out to Ploysi and her mother. Ploysi went out of her way to help us even though she was not in the country, and her mother kept sending us fruits and coconut water to make us feel right at home! The caretaker, Wee, is also sweet and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. :)

This homestay environment is super, the room is hygienic, the room is clean, the comfortable and spacious layout is reasonable, the transportation is convenient, the view from the window makes me happy, the safety measures are in place, and the safety is full.The point is that the host service attitude is very welcoming and friendly, proactively and enthusiastic about the surrounding transportation and food, and will continue to choose here again next time!

Our family of 7 had a fabulous stay in Craig’s home. Daisy Land is impeccably clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. Two of the rooms have their own, separate entrance which worked for us. The pool area and game area were a huge bonus for our children and the housekeeper, Nung Dao, was so kind and helpful. Our driver, Kai, was great and very helpful. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome.
