Lovely apartment with a pool, residential area

The apartment is in one of the most exclusive residential areas on the island, very safe and well connected. It is part of a beautiful villa but has a separate entrance and direct access to the garden and private pool. Equipped with all kinds of details. Price/night up to 2 people €65, 3rd person supplement €15. We are close to a promenade, with a bike path, which leads to Arrecife or Playa Honda, an ideal location for exploring the island: 37 km from the south and 40 km from the north.

Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

VACATION ON A SAILBOAT

# Beautiful 8.40 Mts sailboat, the interior is small ( 1.62 Mt high) but very cozy. The back exterior (bathtub) is spacious and comfortable for moments in the sun. Not appropriate for children or people with reduced mobility. Bathrooms and showers locate in the marina that it is located 10 min walk to the center of town where you will find very nice places, shopping malls, cinemas, nightlife, buses to go to all areas of the island, beach and historical places.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Don't give up being in a central area, it is located 10 minutes from the center of Arrecife and the beach of El Reducto on foot, it also has nearby restaurants, takeaway food services, supermarkets, hospital, taxi and bus stops. We, the owners, do the reception, which is why we will receive you from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive later, ask us about availability and the extra charge that would apply
