We enjoyed our stay very much The home was clean and very welcoming A little fewer away from the beach than we usually stay but very peaceful We rented Golf Carts which the whole family enjoyed The host thought of details that made us feel "Right at Home" The home is Beautiful and wonderfully decorated with plenty of linens in the bathroom to a nice welcome basket Hope to stay again soon

This was a great place to stay for a girl's weekend. We each had plenty of space, beds and bathrooms. The pictures don't quite do this place justice. The views of the water are so peaceful. We enjoyed the screened porch for coffee and happy hour. The kitchen is fully stocked and the decor and furnishings are just so cute! Leonardtown is a short drive for boutique shopping and cute cafes. There wasn't really a great place to swim and lounge by the water, but we still really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!!

Jenn and Ricks place was amazing. A nice distance away from the clutter of the city, traffic wasn't awful, and so many different types of restaurants and shopping areas within a short 5-to-10-minute drive in any direction. The house is super peaceful, and each room offers its own style and feel which helps create a relaxing and stress-free environment. It honestly seems they've thought of everything, the amenities were outstanding, rooms were spacious, yards were immaculate, and kitchen had everything you could as for. All seven of us had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Enhanced up-to-date old school Chesapeake Bay waterfront vacation. Serene beautiful surroundings, fishing, crabbing, lounging, birding, napping on large screened in porch. Coffee on porch in morning watching crabbers work their lines. Osprey, Mallards, Brown Thrashers, Blue Birds, Bald eagles, Mocking birds, and a Whip-poor-will. Great for walking my dog, friendly neighbors. Fantastic sunsets, nearby wedding venues, comfortable beds, good air-conditioning. Everything worked and was clean. Good for families, girlfriend get aways, and a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. Loved the fenced in yard, wished we had time to use the firepit, picnic table, TV/Mancave/Movie room and Tiki Bar! Hope to come back again. Thank you Matt and Jenn

it was an amazing place to say the least. Very elegant and homey at the same time. lots to do without ever leaving the house, but not far from the beach so there was so much to do. Highly recommend these folks.

Our stay was great. The location was perfect for us with the beach and shops just a short walk from the house. The rooftop patio was really nice in the evenings. Several of our guests enjoyed the pool area as well. We would definitely stay at this house in the future.

Justin and Cassie were extremely helpful and kind. One of the smoke detectors started beeping as it needed its batteries changed and Cassie was over to replace the batteries immediately. Justin communicated with me most times within 20 minutes and let me know each week when his son would be over to cut the grass and check the pool chemicals. It was a great stay overall and I can’t say enough about what great hosts they both were to us the 3 weeks we stayed at their Dubois Road house.

Host was amazing. Very helpful and attentive to all my needs. House was very beautiful and clean. Historic decorations and beautiful surroundings made it something to remember. Me and my family enjoyed ourselves in this spacious home. If you’re into historic homes with lots of character and enjoy privacy you’ll love this.

My family and I just took our first blended family vacation here! And it was everything and more than the pictures really show! This is a perfect vacation home for a family to get away! You want quite you got it! You want fun in the sun, you got it! You want endless hours of entertainment for the children, you definitely got it! Our kids didn’t think about an electronic once! My 12 year old nephew who is a Roblox lover, handed me is phone for the entire vacation! It was just truly amazing. And Tony! Is just an amazing host, from me personally God sent because our booking took faith! He had it and want to say we didn’t disappoint! As we packed up to head out our family decided that this house will be our family vacation home that we will visit! We loved the house and the accommodations and we love the host! We created a pivotal memory here! And we are forever grateful to God for Tony for allowing us to stay in his home for our first vacation ❤️

I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how perfect this home was for our family’s weekend getaway! A huge shout-out to the owner for the amazing communication—so responsive and kind. From the moment we walked in, the house felt like home. Every room was comfortable and welcoming. My son loved the gaming room and didn’t want to leave! I booked for the pool, not knowing if we’d use it due to rain, but we lucked out with great weather. The pool was stocked with everything you’d need—life vests, floaties, goggles, volleyball, and more. The no TVs in bedrooms was a bummer at first, but we ended up spending more time together, which was a nice change. Plus, the little details around the house were so thoughtful and added to the overall experience. We felt cared for and pampered. Overall, our stay was absolutely amazing. We can’t wait to come back and make more memories. Thank you to the owner for sharing this wonderful home with us! Highly recommend!

Peaceful getaway for our small family to escape the hustle of the city. David and Misunn have put a great amount of detail into their Airbnb and the amenities on the property. The cottage we rented was just like the photos and offered us a home away from home feel. The pool on site was just the right temperature and size to get our last water time before the season turns. Beautiful property and local restaurants made our weekend the relaxing time we desired.

Most of the rooms were very large, plenty of room for air mattresses for the kiddos. Short walk to the water, quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time playing games, working on puzzles, and taking walks. The house is so well decorated, we seemed to see something new every day that we hadn't noticed the day before. Huge kitchen well stocked with dishes/utensils/pans/small appliances, two dining tables. Great place for a family vacation!!

Great place- right next to the golf cart rentals which was amazing! Seven minute walk to everything. Would definitely stay here again it was a lovely trip!

LOCATION is 5 stars. Quiet neighborhood just steps to a private piece of beach just for the cottage. All the downtown fun is a 15 minute walk away.

What can we say? John's property was everything we hoped it would be. The back yard is full of fun yet also serene and peaceful. The water is perfect for floating in a tube, kayaking, or just wading in and cooling off. The house has everything anyone could want. As an added bonus, you'll enjoy watching an Osprey family, Herons, Ducks, Mockingbirds, Blue Jays, Cardinals, and even some Minks and a Groundhog. The firepit is perfectly placed by the water for a morning fire as the mist rises, and especially in the evening for spectacular sunsets over the bay. Even getting there is a joy, as you go down a quiet country road lined with beautiful farms, quaint churches, and plenty of deer and wildlife. If your looking for a tourest trap vacation, then Leonardtown is not for you. But if you want a quiet getaway with all the amenities, then this is your place!

This house was incredibly charming and perfect for our group of 12. The common spaces were large enough for everyone to hang out together or share large group meals. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook together, and the screened-in porches were perfect for chill conversations and some reading. Also, the surrounding area was gorgeous with opportunities to get outside close by. This was a great spot for a relaxing stay with friends.

My family had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean, kid-friendly, and comfortable. My sons had a fantastic time on the half-pipe!

The place was so sweet. Decorated with some of the homeowners art made it even more precious. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed mattress and linens were dreamy. And, the primary tub… yes, I soaked! :) The back yard was perfect for our pups. We would have used the fire pit but we got several rainy days. We loved every minute of our stay! Absolutely would stay here again! Hands down, one of our favorite places for comfort and local activities. Thank you for letting us use your little slice of heaven!

We loved Kathy's place! It's a very short walk to the beach, the playground, and all the shops and restaurants including the Pink Poodle for ice cream, which our daughter really enjoyed. Kathy's communication was great before and during our stay, and her house was very easy to find and access because of her clear directions. We also really appreciated the fact that there were pack n plays and plenty of kids toys, colored chalk, etc. to keep the little ones occupied. The only thing missing was a bathtub for the kiddos, but we made do with a plastic tote from the general store. Aside from that, 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend Kathy's place for any other families with young children. Thanks!
