Les hôtes sont extrêmement conciliants, ils répondent vite et tous nos échanges m'ont aider à me sentir bien. Il est situé dans un coin assez tranquille mais assez près pour tout faire à pied!! We stayed three nights in this beautiful apartment. I loved the decor and the trendy style. The street below had some interesting restaurants and things to see. The apartments was 10/10 clean, the beds were very comfortable. The host provided clear instructions and check in was easy. would recommend to anyone that is staying in the city and enjoys walking the city.

Great place just outside the city. The covered parking spot was a treat with the snow that came in that weekend.

The place was stunning! Looked exactly like the photos, very clean and spacious! We didn’t have any issues apart from the door lock (not all buttons would light up so it was a challenge to put the code in) and the room downstairs didn’t get much of the AC. Otherwise the location is perfect to explore Quebec City & local hiking trails. Highly recommend!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, très propre, bien équipé et parfaitement situé. L’accueil a été chaleureux et tout s’est déroulé sans le moindre souci. Je recommande sans hésitation et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

The apartment was clean and the location, just minutes from Old Quebec, was perfect and with a parking garage right behind the building. You are also close to any highways if you want to leave the city. So all in all a nice apartment, quite affordable In a very convenient location.

We LOVED Valerie’s place and our time there. She thoughtfully asked us ahead of time about a baby gate at the top of the stairs which was so helpful. We did have an unfortunate episode that had nothing to do with Valerie or her place- one of our bikes was stolen from it’s locked rack on top of our car. Valerie was very helpful and supportive in helping us report the loss. It ended up just being a very brief setback in an otherwise great stay for us (family of four). We loved how close it was to Rue Cartier which has so many excellent shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend to everyone, but bring your bikes inside at night!!

Stayed for a month. Parking was not included paid for the parking lot behind metro grocery instead of the one behind the building (little sketch and more expensive). Apartment is great. Pool was dirty and gym was only two treadmills and two bikes and a broken erg. No weights. Loved it otherwise great location!! This is what I’d want to know before hand^^

Thanks to Ivan for the hospitality, my family and I really liked everything! The apartment is very cozy, clean and completely matches the photo! There are many cozy restaurants and coffee shops on the street, also, on the street near the house you can easily find parking, if you follow the signs, a very nice area about 7 minutes to Old Quebec! Ivan is a very responsive and hospitable host, I definitely recommend, thank you!

The space was perfect- definitely an oasis! The interior design was flawless… we took back some inspo for our own home! It was the perfect spot for relaxation, and a great “in between” distance for all the regions of Quebec we were looking to visit… never more than a 20 minute drive from our destinations. Not only is the space warm and inviting, the host is also kind and very helpful! Well worth the stay.

Excellente localisation pour explorer la Vallée de La Jacques-Cartier et suffisamment proche de Québec pour aller souper à Québec! Logement impeccable et très confortable. Cuisine très bien équipée!

This condo was great! It was spacious, clean, dog-friendly and in a very fun part of town. There are lots of restaurants and things to do just outside the door. It is an area with a lot of bars, so you can hear some street noise, but not too much. If you’re there on a weekend, the parking lot behind the building is free, even though the sign says it’s for permit holders only.

We stayed at this property so that we could see what Quebec City had to offer and we were not disappointed. With local parking and supermarkets for convenience, it provides a short walk into the UNESCO site. The apartment was exactly as described and the four of us had a lovely time there. Cédric was always helpful and responsive if we had a question about the local area and provided all the details upfront so that we could enjoy what the apartment had to offer.

Very good location. Short walk to sight seeing areas and very close to transportation. Nice and clean unit with everything we needed available. Marlène is a good communicator and was very accommodating to my requests. Very happy with our stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, Hony and very organized. instructions were clear! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The location was easy to find and near a grocery store and great coffee shop. We walked into Old Quebec which was a 20-25 min walk. Only complaint was that the mattresses were not as firm as we prefer, but we loved everything else about the stay. The rooftop pool and lounge was a nice bonus, and as we rented a car to visit Montmorency Falls, the free parking was a plus.

A beautiful 1-bedroom apartment. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Many, many amenities, including comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, clean towels, and, in the kitchen, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, an air-fryer...

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring Quebec City. Marc was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host, providing clear instructions and helpful reminders throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the small details that made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommended!

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It has a great location in the heart of Quebec City.
