Holiday rentals with a patio in Charleston County

Had a wonderful stay. Appreciated the attention to details, including the dog bowls. While we couldn’t see the ocean directly from our unit, it is so close and absolutely gorgeous. It is hard to explain the beach, it is breathtaking. The communication and instructions from Daphne were very helpful. This was a perfect location and unit. Would definitely consider staying here again. A few tips for next visitors - allow extra time, there is a lot a road construction en route to the island. And be aware that the unit is on the second floor, if steps are an issue. Special thanks to Daphne for opening her unit for others to enjoy.

I will definitely return to Kerim’s place if I’m in the area. I didn’t want to leave. I felt like I was home. He was an awesome host!

I can’t say enough nice things about the Charleston Charmer. We had a great time staying here. The location was perfect. The provided parking was so convenient. The comfort and cleanliness of the space was next level. I would not hesitate to stay here with my family again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The street was close to everything but also quiet and private. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. We traveled with our toddler and there was a pack and play and a highchair which was super helpful. We would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon & we felt incredibly lucky for the price/cleanliness/location! You’re right next to the golf course so if you’re interested in that, it’s a quick ride to the club house (my husband brought his clubs to hit at the driving range one early morning)! There were so many yummy restaurants nearby and it was a great location from the beach (20 mins without traffic)! Susan was super on-top of everything and great at communicating! Would highly recommend this place and/or even stay here again!

we always try to have nice rentals wherever we travel. The attention to details here was exceptional. I said I thought it was the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed. Very clean and well decorated. loved the coffee maker and the basket of k cups already waiting. Everything felt like a hotel suite but better..IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH A DOG. They're has never been such a perfect place for someone traveling with there dog. The backyard is perfect for them and theirs a dogpark 5 minutes away. Theirs also a little park in front of the apartment. I've never seen a neighborhood with so many people out walking their dogs. This has to be the most pet friendly inviting place on earth lol I took our dog to the dogpark multiple times because it was so close to the rental. Down town Charleston wasnt far away either we did plenty of sight seeing. The Aquarium was maybe 20 minutes away? perfect location and a perfect rental! A plus plus plus...

This was a real gem - with loads of Charleston charm. It was as described and in a great central location, a quick uber to King st and other spots/restaurants. The home was cute, clean and comfortable. Instructions were clear and not at all complicated. Host was kind and proactive about ensuring we had a good stay. Highly recommend!

This is a great, affordable option, especially if you aren't trying to visit downtown CHS too much. North CHS is so cute, with everything you need--coffee, restaurants, a park. We walked down to codfather and got some fish and chips and oh my, so so good. I saw some reviews about a little bit of noise--I did hear some music until the late evening on Saturday night, but it was not loud at all, more just an awareness that it was happening, and it ended at least by 10 or so. Also, though the space is smallish and I would have loved some kind of dresser or something to put my clothes in, it's well appointed and doesn't feel cramped. We were visiting for a minor medical procedure and I was able to rest easy on the very comfortable couch for a day and a half to recuperate. The airbnb was perfectly adequate for that! No major frills or luxury but immaculately clean and comfortable. We made a couple of easy meals in the kitchen and it was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Joseph’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and peaceful, and everything I needed was available. Joseph was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Jungle Surf's single-level layout with 3 queen bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for our family. We loved the open kitchen/living/porch space. The Hammocks neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, yet close to the beach and area attractions. I used my inflatable SUP every day on the marsh waterways from the community dock (just under 1/2 mile walk from the house) & we rented kayaks for the rest of my family to join me on Saturday. We had to pick them up, which wasn't ideal for our vehicle but we made it work. Easy access thru the neighborhood gate and the house. We made our meals at the house and I was glad I brought just about everything needed for that because the Food Lion is tiny & limited. Plenty of pots & pans at the house, but could've used mixing-type bowls & spoons. There was a good selection of spices available, plus charcoal someone left & coffee filters. So thankful for a pet-friendly rental that is well cared-for and nicely appointed! Beds were comfy & we loved our stay!

This is exactly what we were looking for! As a couple who was out and about most of the trip, we didn’t need a place that was too big. This was the perfect, cute, well kept little spot in a beautiful, quiet area. Its location was perfect for us. We were very close to both Charleston, Sullivans Island beach, and also discovered many fun things to do and delicious places to eat in the Mt. Pleasant and Shem Creek area.

Everything was top notch. A beautiful home, easy access and communication, absolutely zero complaints. I highly recommend you stay here. Spotless and clean. The home… felt like home! I didn’t want to leave! The bed(s) were a type of memory foam which I LOVED. They appear hard at first but eventually you melt into it have great back support. I stayed here alone but it would be great for a family. Fully stocked kitchen. No neighbor noise. And there’s a concert venue literally around the corner. Thanks for the stay!

Perfect central location! The beach is only about 30-40 minutes south. The lake is only about 30 minutes north. Groceries are 10 minutes from the house. Fun things to do all over the place for sure! Its a quiet neighborhood far enough away from main road traffic to keep traffic noise down. You will hear the occasional train but who doesnt love trains! It's very quiet anyway. Everything about the home is comfortable and easy/convenient. A great place to stay.

As described Walkable to pretty much everything Only thing was that even though it’s first floor it’s really like a basement with windows from the low ceilings and bearing people walk above. Nothing can be done about that though, and all the great amenities for the price made up for it. Also it was very quiet after 11 which I appreciated

Excellent location, very easy to get to the beach and to restaurants or the grocery store. A few things were missing upon check in but Kim was very accommodating and quick to bring them over to us. We look forward to coming back next year!

Perfect place all around. A great distance from the main city, where we easily ubered back and forth for nights out. A lot of commercial businesses just five minutes from the home too.

We completely felt right at home at Kim's condo! It was perfect space and very clean! Will absolutely use Kim again when we visit family for now on.

We have friend that live in Monck Corner so we travel there frequently. We have stayed at other Airbnb’s before, however, this one is hands down our favorite. Price was comparable to local hotel prices but had all the extra amenities. It was clean and cute. Perfect size for my family of four with two small children. Also, loved that the grocery was right around the corner making shopping for the weekend super easy. We have committed to returning here for every stay.

The location was great and the condo was just as pictured! Dawn was very responsive and proactive in making sure our stay was great! Highly recommend!

Mary’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! She was very responsive. The condo was supplied with all that we needed and was in a perfect location! We captured some beautiful sunsets off the back deck and really enjoyed seeing the deer and other wildlife. The beach was very quiet with not many people. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. It was a great weekend! We’ll definitely return!

Stayed for a wedding in Charleston. We had 3 kids with us. Plenty of room. The host was very responsive and so nice. The area is very nice with people out walking for exercise and walking dogs. Close to several venues and restaurants to eat. We would definitely stay here again!!

Loved staying here! This is the third place I’ve stayed in Seabrook and my favorite by far. Owner was very communicative and helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable and the 2 beds/2 bath layout was very nice. I would 100% stay here again and will make it a priority next time I plan a trip to Seabrook!
