Recently remodeled. Great location close to beaches, restaurants, bars, stores, gas stations etc. Bring your boat or rent one locally and enjoy Charlotte Harbor waters. You can also do fishing directly from the backyard. Two kayaks and two bikes, fishing poles available for our guests to use during their stay.

This COMPLETELY remodeled home without hurricane damage is located on the water in the very desirable community of Punta Gorda Isles. It is only a 3-minute boat ride through the canal to open water and biking distance to Fisherman's Village and Downtown Punta Gorda. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 well-appointed bathrooms and a wonderful, open great room concept. Large patio and pool deck with heated pool. Enjoy the view of the canal as you sip your coffee in the morning.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway only accessible by boat. Little Gasparilla Island is a bridge-less barrier island off FL's West Coast in the Gulf of Mexico. Access is for residents and renters only, you will arrive by your private boat or jump aboard the water taxi for a 10 minute ride to our dock. No cars, shops, or restaurants on the island. The 7 mile beach is private and uncrowded. Get around LGI by renting a golf cart or explore by foot-you decide.

Amazing Peace River Views

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.
