Originally a Victorian era boarding house that was converted into a single family dwelling and is now a bright, downtown duplex. You have the entire ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, wifi and cable. Easy access to the wonderful relaxing atmosphere of downtown Charlottetown. 3 minutes to Victoria Row and the restaurants and shops of Historic Charlottetown, 5 minutes to the Waterfront and Confederation Landing park, and a leisurely 10 minute stroll to Victoria Park.

Your Island Getaway (10 minutes to Charlottetown!)

Stay in our attached in-law suite, with its own private entrance and parking. This riverside property is in a quiet location, with access to the water included. Soak up nightly sunsets on the Hillsborough River, and cozy up with a campfire in the evenings. We’ll even supply the firewood! Includes a variety of amenities, a propane fireplace for rainy nights in, and is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Charlottetown. Want to bring your fur-child? Please do! We have two of our own. :)

Designed specifically for this picturesque piece of Prince Edward Island, these new Shipping Container Cottages allow for panoramic views from the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay. Fully functional kitchen with efficient tiny home appliances, full bath with corner shower, a Queen bed with a twin above it in the upper container and a twin on the main level. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

The Garret

The Garret is a one-bedroom apartment within a Georgian-inspired house, built in 1857. This cozy, private suite is located on the top floor of the house, with a view of the Charlottetown harbour. The apartment is furnished with fine PEI and Canadian art and antiques. The Garret is situated in the heart of historic downtown Charlottetown, and is steps away from the PEI Convention Centre and the city’s vibrant restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions.

Meadowview Guesthouse/Cottage

This 150 year old country cottage will take you to a tranquille place overlooking country fields and the West river and Clyde rivers. The 64 acre property offers private hiking trails that lead through hardwood and softwood forests, fresh water springs, along the Clyde river and beside farm fields. Explore the beach at low tide or swim/paddle at high tide. Enjoy a picnic at the river.
