The instructions were very clear before we arrived, no communication difficulties before, during and after. Everything is provided in the home for the comfort of 4 people. Vive recommendation for Cindy and Romain as well as the restaurant La Taverne within walking distance!

The hosts were incredibly warm and accommodating. Despite missing my last train due to a delay, Angelique went above and beyond to rearrange my check-in, ensuring a smooth experience. The apartment itself was stunning, located on the first floor and just a short 12-minute walk from the train station—an ideal location that's also close to central. The only pointer is that there's the need to remove bedsheets before departing for an early bus. While not a major issue, streamlining this aspect would elevate the guest experience even further. 5 stars nonetheless!

Honestly? NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT! This apartment is a GEM!! When you arrive in the street, you can ask yourself the question, but once you get back... NONSENSE! It is clean, neat, the decor is tasteful and it is ultra-equipped! Brand new (or almost!) oven and hobs, microwave, there is enough crockery to eat 15, the bathroom has been redone and is impeccably clean!!! There is a small grocery store around the corner. A little expensive but Mounir will serve you homemade Burgers and Hot-dogs that are just too good! The Futuroscope park is 10 minutes away... Everything is going for this accommodation!! Simply! Personally, we'll keep the address and we'll come back for sure. For those who read this review... don't hesitate, go for it with your eyes closed!! And thank you to Cyril for his responsiveness!!

As described and photos. Very good communication and clear instructions. The environment may seem disturbing at night, but it is not. We didn't hear any noise. We recommend this accommodation.

Small apartment, very well decorated and pleasant. It overlooks the parking lot, so it's pretty quiet. Just minutes from Futuroscope. Just note that for "big" people the shower is quite narrow but it still works!

Very nice apartment, very well located and JBMag very responsive and good advice. Small downside... the terrace is not at all appealing... filled with pigeon excrement not dating from the day before and the furniture is dead...

We had a great stay at the Bohème suite, the accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped. A big + for the cleanliness of the accommodation, which was very appreciable. Elliot is very available throughout the stay, he gave us all the instructions to access the accommodation and before leaving it, everything was very well explained. The only negative point: the road is noisy... but it's just a detail among everything else where there is nothing to say. Thank you, we will definitely come back if we pass through the area! 😊

Compliant with the ad, photos and descriptions. Very responsive host, good explanations. The PLUS is clearly the terrace with its jacuzzi. Recommended for a romantic weekend getaway.

Your activities are top notch. The place we occupied, LAVENDER, was clean and very tidy. We had everything we needed. The pools are perfect and the games for children are a real plus. Very pleasant time as a couple, very cozy place, you feel good there! Special mention for the balneo bathtub which is exceptional, we struggled to find the right temperature but otherwise really very warm, we recommend it! Thank you Marie

A great stay! Very nice apartment, full center of poitiers, super convenient for family holidays! The rooms do not overlook the street so quiet (however we hear a few heavy steps coming from the apartment above!). The photos gave us the impression of a small apartment but in fact it looks bigger once in it! Spacious and well-equipped kitchen for cooking, great bathroom, very comfortable bedding, 2 small courtyards. We had a water leakage problem but it was restored quickly thanks to our responsive host!

Accommodation as described. Small precision even for 2 the fridge is really too small this is the negative point if you are on site several days. Caroline responds quickly to messages and the accommodation is really cute. I recommend it
