New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Notre appartement se situe au rez de chaussée d'un ancien moulin, situé au bord de la rivière. Le hameau est à 2 km à Châtellerault Sud, sortie autoroute, juste avant le Futuroscope. C'est un endroit très calme, entouré de verdure et situé en bordure de rivière. Le département de la Vienne est riche de sites touristiques. L'appartement est chaleureux et refait entièrement avec jolies prestations. Les propriétaires seront présents pour accueillir les hôtes.

Completely refurbished to better accommodate you. There you will find a 160/200 king size bed with a natural bamboo mattress topper. Bath towels not provided. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Futuroscope, and has 1 free parking space. Non-smoking rental and no internet.
