Chalet holiday rentals in Chattahoochee River

What a beautiful area! The lake is stunning and so was the house. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect location. We would definitely come back to this listing!

I would definitely stay here again. It was a great location, very peaceful and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you can think of to cook. The host left clear instructions on index cards that were very helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The house was warm and cozy when we got there. The only downside is that you have to take the trash to a sanitation place.

Susan's home was a fantastic place for me and my friends to stay on our annual visit to Helen. The home was as described, matched the photos, and included all amenities. Would not hesitate to stay again!

We had a great stay here, despite the rainy cold weather. It's extremely convenient to the rowing venue and the views from the back deck are beautiful. We would definitely stay here next time we are back and would recommend for anyone looking to stay in a lakefront cabin. Just a mention for those who aren't used to hills...the driveway was a little steep for us Floridians but after we went down once we just parked at the top of the driveway for the rest of our stay.

Very nice place that met our needs well. The location is convenient to all outdoor recreation in the area. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable for us. The kitchen space was great with everything we needed. Overall, it was a nice stay! A few notes that might be relevant to other guests, but do not affect our rating or experience: - There is nothing walkable. If you like to walk for exercise or walk to local shops and restaurants, that is a challenge. If you have a dog that takes regular walks, you can walk on the gravel road that goes around the area of chalets or in the large grassy area in front, but its pretty steep uphill. - There were lots of ticks in the grassy areas, so be sure to check yourself if you do walk around outside. This is to be expected, but be sure your pets are UTD on flea/tick medication and check yourself often. We definitely recommend for guests visiting the area.

Mary’s cabin was perfect for what we wanted. Number 1 was the view. This cabin had an incredible mountain vista. Number 2 was privacy. Mary’s cabin is extremely private. Number 3 was easily accessible to town. Often, to get privacy you have to give up accessibility to stores and restaurants. Mary’s cabin is just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants and downtown Franklin. Incredible value for the money. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything as pictured. Great view, comfortable beds, good hot shower and amenities. Its close proximity to North Carolina and Tennessee allowed us to explore more than we expected. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular! Breathtaking mountain views, the property offered the perfect combination of comfort and tranquility. The cozy cabin, spacious deck and rustic interiors made us feel right at home, while the surrounding nature provided a peaceful escape. The house was super clean!!! The host was friendly, responsive, helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this house and definitely will go back!!!

Great spot for a bunch of fitness to hang out! The lake is not very swimmable but the office activities made things fun with boating and mini golf

The cabin was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, meeting all our expectations. The surrounding nature provided a tranquil setting, and we loved spending quality time together. We also appreciated the additional cabin that accommodated all of us comfortably, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely return!

Beautiful place great location for my family to stay during wedding festivities close by. Only negative was the doors wouldn’t close without being dead bolted and we had 2 dogs.

What a great home. Very safe neighborhood and 38 minutes to jones beach amphitheater. Three bedrooms with 4 beds total. Lakeside park in the backyard is very nice. Plenty of room, TVs and recently remodeled

Lee's house was better than expected! Clean and comfortable. Fishing was fantastic and so was the water. Sunset and sunrises from the dock were beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Matthew’s place was absolutely stunning! A perfect retreat in rural Alabama that most will miss out on. If you get the opportunity to escape to this bit of paradise then you should jump at the chance! My wife and I had 2 nights here stopping off on a roadtrip celebrating our honeymoon and we wish we had stayed longer!!!

A great place to stay if you're a senior, comfortable king bed, large bathroom with shower head, and room for shower chair, 2 recliners, nice back porch, beautiful view, and a short walk to dock at the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
