Romantic, rustic cabin at the base of a 35-foot waterfall, nestled in the middle of 16 secluded acres surrounded by national forest that extends to the Chattooga River. This magical get-away caters to those with an adventurous spirit. Hike from the cabin to additional waterfalls, bike down Turkey Ridge Road to Opossum Creek Trail and the Five Falls or drive two miles to the Chattooga Belle Farm. The Waterfall Cabin is a joy to us all, and we hope you love it as much as we do. No cleaning fee.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Secluded in the woods at the end of a lane, it is a modern interpretation of an old hunting cabin with boundless room for nature lovers. This is a two story home with the bathroom and bedroom located on the second floor.

Perfect get away, this 820-sq-ft creekside cabin blends 1950s charm with modern comforts—two queen bedrooms, a bright kitchen, and a relaxed living room. Step onto the back porch or creekside patio for slow mornings and sunset chats, then wander 5 minutes to downtown Clayton for dinner, craft drinks, and dessert. Afterward, slip into the hot tub under the stars. Trails, waterfalls, whitewater, and Black Rock Mountain vistas are minutes away.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Right on private Horseshoe Lake, this cabin has it all! Large deck with grill, hot tub, canoe, kayaks, SUP's. High speed Internet included. Chattooga River 5 minutes away with whitewater rafting, hiking, fishing. Waterfall hikes are nearby and plentiful. Quiet lake with no motor boats allowed. Good fishing right of the dock. Everything you need for a quiet get away. Guidebooks, games, puzzles and outdoor games available.

Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!
