Great stay, Guillaume was very welcoming. The accommodation was similar to the description with a big + for the outdoor terrace that allows you to enjoy the sun in peace. I recommend it!

We rented Aurélien's studio for a weekend to go to Futuroscope. We were a family of 4 people, 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. The studio is very functional, very, very clean, I really insist on this point, bedding, bathroom, toilet as well as the kitchen, everything was great, a real joy. The hosts are very responsive, communication is very fluid, the studio is very close to Futuroscope, accessible on foot. Frankly, if one day we return to the Park we will surely stay in this studio because we were really satisfied.

A real favorite for this stay! The welcome was extremely warm, with delicate attentions on my arrival, including some small sweets that were very appreciated. The accommodation is carefully decorated, everything is perfectly clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything. The Wi-Fi works very well, and nothing is missing in terms of amenities. We feel that everything has been thought of to make travelers feel good. Thank you so much for this beautiful parenthesis. I leave delighted and will return with my family without hesitation, this time to visit Futuroscope!

Sammy’s place was a perfect place to stay whilst going back and forth to the Futuroscope for 4 days with 2 kids in tow, just a few minutes down the road by car. The flat is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and decorated. My younger boy loved playing with the toys available in the children’s large bedroom. We liked the fact that the area was quiet and the bedrooms had window shutters so the kids (and us!) could sleep in the morning after late night fun at the Futuroscope. Sammy made everything easy with super clear instructions to get to the flat and where to find everything. He also gave recommendations for local amenities and easy parking. He was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. This was one of the, if not the, best Airbnb experiences we’ve had!

Ideal apartment to spend a weekend as was our case. Clean, bright and very well-equipped, it allows us to have a great time without problems. Apartment that I recommend without any hesitation. Only positive points!!!

Honestly? NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT! This apartment is a GEM!! When you arrive in the street, you can ask yourself the question, but once you get back... NONSENSE! It is clean, neat, the decor is tasteful and it is ultra-equipped! Brand new (or almost!) oven and hobs, microwave, there is enough crockery to eat 15, the bathroom has been redone and is impeccably clean!!! There is a small grocery store around the corner. A little expensive but Mounir will serve you homemade Burgers and Hot-dogs that are just too good! The Futuroscope park is 10 minutes away... Everything is going for this accommodation!! Simply! Personally, we'll keep the address and we'll come back for sure. For those who read this review... don't hesitate, go for it with your eyes closed!! And thank you to Cyril for his responsiveness!!

Anne-Carole's apartment is very nice, well laid out, tastefully decorated, clean and very well-equipped. The residence is secure and pleasant. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and it works perfectly. All the necessary equipment is available and Anne-Carole is a host who thinks about the comfort of her guests. We thank her and will be happy to come back for a future visit to the Futuroscope which is 15 min by car approx.. We recommend it.

We spent a little time of pure relaxation with my spouse. The love room is just beautiful, no details too little or too much. Minimalist and very pleasant. The jacuzzi was well heated to 36 degrees. Everything was perfect and the breakfast very well presented with a great welcome card that made us happy🙃. We are delighted and will come back even if it is not the next door. Emmanuelle is very responsive and available to respond quickly to questions. A lovely and warm person. Thank you for everything! And frankly, everything went very well. (Only small downside there is no Wi-Fi and we did not have too many networks BUT not their faults Free could have done better😂) thank you and good luck to you!

We rented this place for a family of 5. Each room was separate, the apartment is exactly as pictured and very clean. It is ideally located close to restaurants, from the square in short we will come back to it when we have to come to Poitiers.

We had a great stay at the Bohème suite, the accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped. A big + for the cleanliness of the accommodation, which was very appreciable. Elliot is very available throughout the stay, he gave us all the instructions to access the accommodation and before leaving it, everything was very well explained. The only negative point: the road is noisy... but it's just a detail among everything else where there is nothing to say. Thank you, we will definitely come back if we pass through the area! 😊

A great stay! Very nice apartment, full center of poitiers, super convenient for family holidays! The rooms do not overlook the street so quiet (however we hear a few heavy steps coming from the apartment above!). The photos gave us the impression of a small apartment but in fact it looks bigger once in it! Spacious and well-equipped kitchen for cooking, great bathroom, very comfortable bedding, 2 small courtyards. We had a water leakage problem but it was restored quickly thanks to our responsive host!
