L'Escampette welcomes you near the medieval city of Chinon, in a typical Tourangelle house, which we have completely renovated, with very beautiful volumes, as well as a large garden with a very quiet environment, in the middle of the fields, unobstructed view of the countryside. In the heart of the Loire Valley castles, 5 min from the Chinon fortress, close to Saumur, Azay-le-Rideau, the Fontevraud Abbey, also enjoy walks on the Loire Valley bike circuit, and wine tastings...

Very quiet environment by the river for this pretty old renovated house with fenced parking and 1700 m2 plot. Ideally located 5 km from Château du Rivau, 7 km from Richelieu, 15 km from Chinon, between the Loire Castles, wine route and Futuroscope. We are a few meters from the Richelieu - Chinon greenway (bicycle). And 8 km from Île Bouchard for its pilgrimage. Pretty restored attic, all comforts in a green setting in the countryside. Quiet and relaxing place near the Loire Valley castles, CenterPark. 1-hour drive to Futuroscope. Kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, living room upstairs and mezzanine bedroom. CAUTION: Steep staircase without railing. If there are many of you, possibility to rent the 2nd cottage, max capacity (10 people).
