We live in a villa with its own independent flat which we are letting for holidays. The flat has its own private terrace, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and American style kitchen area. We have a community pool, to which you will receive your own key on arrival. We are a 5 minute drive from Los Cristianos or if you don’t want to rent a car there is a good bus route. Chayofa is a very quiet area, with nearby supermarkets, gym, tennis courts and restaurants.

The penthouse is on the 3rd floor of the family home. It is very comfortable and private. The rooms are spacious, clean, and bright. You can enjoy a private outdoor terrace of about 70 meters. It is new and its decoration is country-style. It has a ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, iron, hairdryer, fan, clothesline, wifi, umbrella, and beach umbrella. It has a lot of natural light and good ventilation in all rooms. Free parking spaces.

Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

Beautiful and cozily furnished apartment and lovely garden. Anything you need is present for (extensive) cooking. I was also very happy to be able to run a wash. Vilma (and Freddy) was quick to respond to my messages and were genuinely concerned about my well-being and good course of my stay. In addition to the cozy inside outside space, the warmth of the hosts has stayed with me. If I come to Tenerife again, I will definitely check if I can stay with Vilma and Freddy again.

Had a lovely stay here! Beautiful house with lots of space and all the necessities. The pool was very nice to have as it was warm and sunny. The bedrooms were spacious and so was the living room and kitchen. The host was super responsive and nice which is always a plus. The city center is only a 10min carride away so plenty of stuff to do while still staying at a private house with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend this place!

We really loved staying at Darius's place! It was perfect for our family of four. There was sunshine on either side of the house: morning coffee at the front garden and afternoon relaxation at the balcony. The area is super quiet, I just loved the birds singing. The pool was just few steps from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and clean and Darius was really friendly and responsive host. I hope we are able to come back soon!

Lovely place to stay! It is quiet, you have a big terrace for a lovely breakfast or dinner, and our daughters loved the swimming pool! Near to all the places (Los Cristianos, Playa las Americas, Adeje) You need a car to go there. Small supermarket nearby, and 5 min driving to the mercadona.
