TV, DVD, option to bring a USB key for movies or cartoons to plug into the TV. Possibility of connecting to Netflix, Canal+

In the heart of a small village in Touraine, I welcome you to this charming country house completely renovated in 2019 with a quiet private garden facing the church. Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.

Single-story house fully restored in 2023, quiet and calm. The house is located on an equestrian farm that can accommodate horses. Close to the Forest of Loches with many routes for horseback riding, hiking, and cycling. Lake Chemillé and its beach monitored by a lifeguard. Genillé municipal swimming pool open in summer (5 km). Montrésor, the most beautiful village in France, Beauval Zoo (20 minutes by car), the Châteaux de Loches 10 km away, Amboise and Chenonceaux 25 minutes away.

Located 23 minutes from one of the most beautiful villages in France: Montresor, also close to Beauval Zoo (27 km) and close to a body of water in Chemille-sur-Indrois (17 km)* You will find the castles of the Loire; Chenonceau (16 km); Amboise (26 km), Loches (14 km), Monpoupon, Chambord... Country house with fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed in the living room. A terrace and garden are available as well as two parking spaces.

This farmhouse, which is also our secondary residence, is located in a small hamlet in the countryside, close to the prestigious sites of the Loire Valley and Cher (Chenonceau 15 km, Royal City of Loches 12 km and state forest 6 km, Montrésor, Amboise, Chaumont...). Fields as far as the eye can see and birdsong for company. The interior decor combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. No events or parties are allowed.

Longère du Sud Touraine in the heart of the Loire Valley

Heated pool open from early May to late September. Tourangelle farmhouse located at the exit of a small village typical of southern Touraine. No neighbors, unobstructed views of rolling countryside. Large leisure garden with terraces and in-ground pool (May to September). This family home was refurbished in 2018. It is 10 minutes from the city of Loches and its Royal Castle, and 45 minutes from Tours. Beauval Zoo is a 35-minute drive away.

A heated indoor pool is open to all rentals from 10am to 8pm. We offer a cottage for 6-8 people with 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 3 bathrooms with wc and a sofa bed. Gîte des sables

In the heart of the Loire Valley Castles, the location of the Gîte des Sables allows you to quickly access the castles of Loches and Chenonceau, Clos Lucé d'Amboise and Beauval Zoo. The cottage is located on the Indre bike path. Essential shops (bakery, grocery, bar-tobacconist) are 500 m away. The cottage, adjoining our house, has a separate entrance and a private courtyard. Accommodation fully restored in 2022.
