The unit is one block from bike trails, public transportation into the city and award winning restaurants like 2FiftyBBQ and Manifest Bread. With a separate entrance and private front porch to enjoy, the suite is attached to our home but is its own separate unit. Convenient location close to UMD or spacious hotel alternative for business trips or for those wanting to easily explore the sights in downtown DC.

Cozy basement unit minutes from Washington, D.C. or the University of Maryland. Within 10 minutes walk of restaurants, breweries, bike share, and rail station with direct access to Union Station. Five minute drive/ 20 minute walk to DC metro subway station. Excellent access to bike paths, plenty of on-street parking, quiet neighborhood. A big, fenced backyard with an outdoor table, a fire pit with wood supply, trampoline and hammock in good weather. Great base for visiting for D.C. or UMD.

I was adding a church convention during my stay. This was the perfect location as it was right around the corner from the church. The unit is as pictured. Quinta, was very responsive and helpful with answering questions prior to booking. I would love to book again if available when in the area. The only issue is parking is a little tight in the driveway if you have a midsize car or larger. And that there is a four day minimum stay. So I will be unable to use this location for future upcoming church events later this summer 🥲. But overall excellent stay and, great pricing. Thank You Quinta!

Beautiful BR w/king size bed,1 block walk to Metro

The host was responsive and attentive and provided just about all of the info we needed during our stay via messages. The place was clean and organized. Though we didnt use them, I appreciated the supplements and pain killers available in the kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The stairs are a bit creeky and hollow to walk on, so I hope we did not disturb the other guest when walking through the house. The streets were mostly quiet with a few people intermittently shouting but nothing accessive and we were able to sleep through the night. The metro is just around the block which was helpful. At night walk with caution as with any city or unfamiliar area. The only downside to this location is that you have to travel about 18 minutes to reach a wawa or other restaurants for food after hours so if you plan to stay here, just make a quick stop at the grocery store for late night cravings 🙂. Overall good experience and would recommend.

LeTeisha’s place was exactly as described; very clean and perfect for me as a traveler just needing a place to stay. This is a private room in a shared house; I heard the other tenants but didn’t cross paths with them and always had access to the shared bathroom and kitchen. The bed was comfortable and street parking was easy.

Jacob and Esther were very polite and communicative, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable in their place. The room was exactly as described and the location of the house is very convenient for anyone who needs to visit the National Archives. I will most definitely go back.

Blasco is the best host ever. He is very welcoming. He is always around the house in case you wanna talk to him in person. He is 100% ready to help. He is also so quick responding to text, which I liked a lot. The place is a guest house with private bathrooms and nice rooms. I would say, the price is very convenient for this place. Check in instructions are so clear, and everything is really smooth. I would definetly go back to this place.
