Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

La Maison Rouge, peaceful rural retreat with pool

La Maison Rouge is perfect for couples or a young family with a baby. Set in the 4 acres of grounds with the market town of Lezay just 7km away this is the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. The gite itself is well equipped and has a private garden with seating and BBQ. Guests have access to the 12x6m swimming pool, games room and children's play area. Ample parking, good Wifi and English freesat and French TV. Lots to see and do in the local area with the sea just 90 minutes away.

House dating from the middle of the 19th century, independent access, restored with respect for materials, wood, stones, ideally located in the Belle Valley, very quiet environment and yet very close to the historic center of the village, classified as a "small city of character", you can enjoy an enclosed garden, with shade or sun, as desired, private parking, access to the private pool area, with pool house, beaches, deckchairs will be at your disposal. Possibility to rent bikes.

Situé dans une grange rénovée au cœur de notre exploitation caprine. Niché dans un cadre calme et paisible à la campagne, ce lieu est idéal pour des moments de détente en famille ou entre amis. Notre gîte a été soigneusement aménagé pour offrir tout le confort nécessaire à votre séjour. Avec des espaces spacieux et lumineux, il peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 13 personnes. Chaque instant passé ici est une invitation à la déconnexion et à la convivialité.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).

Welcome to our cabin, nestled at the foot of a century-old oak tree, which invites you to slow down, breathe and dream. Through its large bay window, admire the sunset from your cozy bed, wrapped in a natural feather duvet and satin sheets. The sloping roof, exposed beams and unlocked door give free rein to dreams and secrets... Magic 2025: a red wooden terrace with a Nordic bath & wood-fired jacuzzi.
