On the third level is the terrace which will be worth the climb since we have a spectacular view of the hill that leads to the viewpoints as well as the city. We are not in the center of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, it is the north-west side

UVM and UJAT University..... parking inside and outside the property, only one drawback as the parking is shared you will have to enter last if you are going to leave first.
