Take it easy here. This is simple living at it's best. Relax on the patio and listen to the birds. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life. No wi-fi (use your cell phone with local data), no TV. 500 steps to the lagoon. Safe, comfortable with all the home trimmings but rustic. Certainly not five star but by design. We have kept the original bricks and deliberately did not plaster them to keep the house rustic. Unsymmetrical paint too. 4 x 4 required for easy access to property from Bilene.

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom modern apartment style, self-catering cabana was designed to take in the spectacular ocean view with its open plan living spaces and beautiful pool deck. The contemporary cabana is tastefully decorated in sophisticated holiday style. To create the perfect relaxed environment to unwind, sheltered plunge pool and braai area completes the picture. Across the sand road is the meandering bush path which leads to the private white sandy beach. True barefoot bliss.

House nr 5 at Xai Xai Exo Estate is called House Hineni. It was bought with a vision to provide a peaceful, spacious house as resting and restoration home away from home. Hineni means Here Am I, send me! Hineni is a beach house with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Walking distance from the beach and close to many restaurants and other areas to explore. We also own house nr 3 with the name: Hosannah. You are welcome to stay at any of these two beautiful homes.

Casa 9 is a fully serviced holiday home enabling you to have a complete break and is the ideal place to relax and unwind, take in the breaker and bush views with the most spectacular sunrises to be seen from your own private pool and braai deck. The house is equipped for luxury with mosquito nets, aircons, dstv and a well equipped kitchen. There is easy access to restaurants, beaches and bars, as well as a host of activities in and around the Eco Estate.

Family Cabin 2 or 3 or 4 or 5

Sleeps 2 to 4 people: Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. One bedroom equipped with a Double Bed. Shower, basin and toilet. 2 Single Beds in the lounge area. It is mostly a Sand\Beach Road. To get to the Resort it is important to Note that a Sedan or Low Ground Clearance Vehicle is not suitable. You would need an High Road Clearance Vehicle, SUV, Bakkie, 4X4 or 2X4.
