The place is just as described, the apartment and common areas in very good condition.

Luis's house is large sized and in some areas is actually an office. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds that have 1 bathroom between them and another very large bedroom that has an en-suite bathroom. There is a lounge and an outdoor lounge next to the large patio area. The dining room looked more like a meeting room however we ate at the bar in the kitchen so it was fine. Luis was responsive however our first message (about a month before we arrived) wasn't answered for a long time. However Luis very kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases in the house before the check-in time as we arrived there at about 10:30am. Our stay was really nice as: Spacious and comfortable house Quiet neighbourhood Very close to the Expo Center The house could do with a bit of maintenance but we still recommend it highly. We were a group of 5 people and fit very comfortably in the house.

My stay since we arrived was Evelyn very attentive to me, always answered quickly, I think the photos of the house do not do justice to what it really is, it is a beautiful house 💖 to my family and I loved it, I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back there

We had a wonderful stay at the Casa Serena Vista. Diane and her staff were unfailingly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is BEAUTIFUL - the photos on Airbnb don't do it justice. It is centrally located and if you like to walk there are beautiful stone staircases down to the centro, restaurants, etc. We were very grateful that we were able to bring our two dogs as well. All in all one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had - probably THE best, actually. Gracias Diane, Sylvia, Rigo, Steve, Idalia and Kenya, and please forgive spelling mistakes!
