Apartment holiday rentals in Chilca

Amazing view from both main bedroom and living room. Lots of space in the bunk room. WiFi worked great & the building is very safe. I stayed with my family including 2 children and we had no issues. Host are very responsive and gave very detailed instructions for everything. Would recommend and would stay again.

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

Overall we had a great stay and recommend as a good value place to stay in Miraflores. We loved the excellent location, comfortabale bed , high quality linens, prompt and friendly commu/nication from Lorena. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have a generous stock of toilet paper for our week stay. There is a grocery store across the street that is stocked with everything you need. The 24 hr security staff were very helpful and friendly. A few improvementss would make it even better sunch as new fry pans, chairs for the balcony and a more comfortable couch.

Our family of 7 stayed here for the holidays. It was a spacious apartment with beautiful views! Amazing location too. Tere was an exceptional host! Always responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

O melhor airbnb que já fiquei na minha vida! Eu não queria ir embora! O apartamento é ótimo, limpo, cheiroso, amplo, tem tudo o que alguém pode precisar e mais um pouco. Tem máquina de lavar louça, panela elétrica de arroz, projetor na sala e até um toca discos que funciona! Ouvi muita música 🎶. Nem dava vontade de sair! Já quero voltar!

Jeanpierre was an incredible host!! He allowed us to make his space our home for three months which made for a memorable and special experience. He was always quick to respond to any of our needs and his little space is a must if you are in Lima! We will most definitely be back and highly recommend this space to anyone considering a visit to Peru! 🇵🇪

Gustavo es un excelente anfitrión, nos dio información bastante clara y precisa, estaba al pendiente de nuestras necesidades y su trato es muy amable, su departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y las comodidades para pasar una estancia tranquila, el lugar esta bien distribuido, organizado e impecable, tiene una vista preciosa hacia la playa y puedes descansar oyendo el mar, la pasamos genial y nos encanto. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en un departamento de Juan Daniel, y desde luego no es la última. Como anfitrión es un 10/10, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y pendiente de tu bienestar. El departamento es muy pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario. Es perfecto para alguien como yo que trabaja en remoto, viaja solo y no pasa mucho tiempo en la casa. El barrio es tranquilo y muy bien comunicado con autobuses, el Metropolitano, combis y mototaxis. Si quieres conocer la vida en Lima como es realmente, y comprar en el mercado, ir en el transporte público y conocer a las personas que viven ahí, es el alojamiento ideal. Espero regresar pronto al mismo departamento.

Mi experiencia fue excelente. El lugar no solo cumplió, sino que superó mis expectativas: muy tranquilo, con todas las comodidades necesarias y una vista increíble frente al mar. Ideal para descansar, relajarse y desconectar del ritmo diario. Además, el anfitrión fue súper amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo la estadía aún más agradable. Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver.

Apartamento: Totalmente equipado su cocina, los espacios tal y cual las fotos, muy fresco privado y tranquilo. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Great place very comfortable beds, furniture are nice. Isabel is such an amazing host, very attentive and sweet! I’ll definitely recommend this place!
