The room is equipped with an extendable sofa, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, heating, ventilation system, TV, Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, hood, dishes, washing machine. The studio is intended for short-term accommodation and on Fridays-Saturdays between 22:00-05:00, the peace can be disturbed by the activity of a neighboring club.
