Excellent for a couple's weekend getaway. Ideal for disconnecting from the city, but close to all local points of interest.

My family and I are very grateful to Guillermo, he has a lot of empathy, kindness on his part and very friendly, we really liked the house 10/10. We felt very well cared for, highly recommended, very quiet area and closed place, with access to everything very close, I can't let Mrs. Fresia's kindness go too, in conclusion it was the best experience we had in Pisco San Andrés. Hector was really friendly, helpful and commuative. The apartment had everything we needed and had a lovely seafront view.

The apartment is perfect. New, equipped, comfortable. Perfect water pressure, great towels and linen. The place is quiet and close to Paracas but far enough (the town is pretty much a slum). It’s a 5 minute taxi ride into town. The host provided all the necessary information on the location including tours, restaurants and a grocery market. The beach is right across the street and can easily and safely be strolled. The only downside is that the complex is under construction and the high price did not reflect that.

Excellent place to stay in Paracas, quiet place with all the facilities, very comfortable bed, equipped kitchen and great terrace to enjoy the sun. The spot is very quiet, it served to disconnect that was what we were looking for. Close to everything and very responsive and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again.

A very positive experience with both the apartment and the host. We had to suddenly extend our stay by 1 day on the day of checkout, because of the illness, and the host did a great job because in no time allowed us to change the apartment, because he was already waiting for the next tenant. Great place to rest with family or group of friends

We had a family weekend, surrounded by incredible nature. The house is beautiful and perfect to disconnect. Liliana cared about every detail, from waiting for us as we arrived late, immediately answer any questions we had and her details at home. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The house is really spectacular, very nice, cozy and clean met all my expectation.. as was the super quiet condominium. The host María C. was very kind from the first moment, giving us all the necessary directions to get the most out of the house. I would rent it again without any doubt and I would also totally recommend it!

We had a wonderful weekend in this home. Although not right in front of the sea, the hike to the beach is short, enjoyable and perfect to go with children and pets, enjoying the surroundings. The reward upon arrival is a spacious, clean and quiet beach, ideal for relaxing. We loved the house: cozy, well equipped with everything you need and with spaces designed for rest and coexistence. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the grill was a great plus to share as a family. The furniture invites a restorative nap, and the surroundings are simply spectacular - a beautiful sky, the song of the birds, and plenty of space for kids and our pet to enjoy with total freedom. Thank you to the host for your attention and care. Definitely a place to go back and recommend!

The house is just like the description in the photos, the communication was super good and super friendly, they provided us with facilities at all times and with the instructions it was easy to get there.
