Apartamentul este foarte curat și dotat cu tot ce trebuie pentru un sejur la Chișinău. Natalia este o gazdă amabilă și serioasă. S-a străduit foarte mult să renoveze apartamentul, se vede acest lucru. Cât am stat noi în bloc a fost foarte liniște. Împrejurimile foarte apropiate amintesc de epoca sovietică, la fel și intrarea în scara blocului, dar străzile principale din jur au multe magazine moderne și restaurante foarte bune. În imediata apropiere este o pădure-parc foarte frumoasă, în curs de amenajare.

Очень дружелюбный и внимательный хозяин, жилье полностью соответствует описанию. Роман был всегда на связи и помогал по любым вопросам. Само жилье недалеко от парка и центра, в квартире есть сушильная машина, все очень понравилось.

Срок пребывания: 2 месяца. Уютная двухкомнатная квартира. Светлая и солнечная. Большая редкость в современных домах: ни одно окно не находится в непосредственной близости к окнам соседнего дома. С балкона: вид на город с трёх сторон и буйство зелени. Это благодаря 9 этажу и удачной стороне расположения квартиры. Рядом шикарный парк «Долина роз» с тремя озёрами. В мае парк радовал кустовыми розами разных цветов и оттенков. В квартире есть все необходимое. Особенно хочу отметить: достаточное количество посуды (с этим часто бывают проблемы). Просторные кухня и ванная. Чистый аккуратный подъезд. Хозяин квартиры всегда на связи, с решением вопросов (если появляются) -проблем нет. Инфраструктура отличная: много магазинов, кафе, ресторанов и т.д. Рядом – остановки общественного транспорта. До центра при желании можно и пешком дойти, по пути - несколько ТЦ. Рекомендую.

I can honestly say I’ve never stayed in such a clean apartment before. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and well taken care of. My spouse and I were very satisfied with our stay. The location is excellent — there are markets and cafés right next door, and transportation is very convenient. You can literally arrive without bringing anything, because everything has been considered — from coffee and water to shampoo and soap for your shower. I highly recommend it to everyone. It will definitely be my first choice if I need a place to stay again.

Пребывание в доме Аделины было просто замечательным! Я почувствовала себя как дома с самого первого дня благодаря уютной атмосфере и гостеприимству хозяйки. Дом очень красивый и видно, что сделан с любовью. Очень порадовало, что в доступе гостей находятся оборудованная кухня, просторная ванная комната, стиральная машина и балкон для сушки белья. Расположение дома просто идеальное – в 4 минутах от остановки, что делало перемещения по городу максимально удобными. Есть красивый двор с уютной беседкой, где можно отдохнуть после насыщенного дня. Аделина, ее дочь Микаэла и собака Умка – настоящие хозяйки сердец. Они создали очень теплую и дружелюбную атмосферу, в которой легко было чувствовать себя как дома. Чистота в доме была на высшем уровне, а моя комната была уютной, огромной и светлой. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и рекомендую дом Аделины всем, кто ищет уютное и гостеприимное проживание в Кишиневе.

MarinaさんとStepanさんのお家で4日過ごしました。 チェックインまでの手順も簡単で、建物の入口はMarinaさんが詳しく教えてくれます。 お部屋は大きなベッドがあり、沢山のハンガーと鏡もあります。大きな机とWi-Fiも高速であるため、仕事も捗りました。 トイレやバスルームも綺麗で、常に掃除されていますし、お湯も丁度よい温度に調整できます。 また、洗濯機やコーヒーマシンが使えるのは長期間旅行する私には嬉しいポイントでした。 初日は、私がブカレストからの夜行列車て９時に到着しましたが、すぐに受け入れてくれました。 ２日目は沿ドニエストルへ、３日目はオデーサへ行くため早朝の出発と深夜の帰宅も許してくれました。 ４日目は夜のフライトでしたが、他のゲストの入室が無かったので夕方まで休む事を許可してくれました。 また、Marinaさん、Stepanさんはロシア語は勿論ですが英語もとても流暢です。私はロシア語と英語を使って、ホストや同居する人々と様々な話ができて良い経験もできました。 総合的にかなり快適にすごせました。 まだ、行く事が叶わなかった場所がモルドバに沢山あります。 また、私の冒険を助けてもらうため、ここに泊まりたいと考えてます。

This home is lovely, especially the second floor veranda with a bed. You can sleep under the roof with a walnut tree, and watch the sun rise over the lake. I loved the grapes growing. It is a nice size property with garden or nut tree on three sides of the house. The house has a built in wood stove (petchka). The toilet is outside in an outhouse, and bath is a small tub with a shower head. If the running water is down for service, there is a backup well. The house is gated with a strong solid metal gate. Very secure and private. Walking to the center mini-mart and magazine takes about 15-25 minutes on a mostly flat road. You can see cows grazing. The lake is a 2 foot deep swamp, so only the most adventurous will swim. A great place for those who love the country life. Finally, Stanislav is a great landlord. He is kind, understanding, and very helpful. Any time I had a question, he responded promptly. I'm grateful to have met him.

Andrew and Cris were so kind and helpful. I have to admit that the flat is old, and had a few problems, but they went out of their way to help. The location is very convenient with a bus stop just outside and shops nearby.

⭐One of the hosts, Dmitri, was understanding in that I was rejected by multiple taxi drivers who were unwilling to pick me up because I had a luggage, so he arranged for another host, Christina, to hand me the keys on my way in when I arrived with an unforeseen delay. For couples 🤝: ⭐The apartment has a mutually shared (with the neighbors) rooftop, which turns out to be the 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙛𝙩𝙤𝙥 of the Nr. 1 supermarket. If you're holding an outdoor 𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 or 𝙬𝙚𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 party here, it could be convenient with all of the space that's provided (a much, much cheaper alternative, rather than reserving a whole restaurant). ⭐ The shower has a Mediterranean-inspired seating area for honeymoon couples. ⭐ Below the supermarket (which is underneath this apartment) is an 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩 named Dis, which has the best nut-based Georgian salads & European-created, very slightly Asian-like, protein-based salads that I've found in Chișinau, being here since 2020

Inga's apartment is a great place to stay, whether it's for the short term or the long term. It is equipped with everything you might need, and there is even a nice restaurant in the same building. The apartment's location is convenient, as it is only a 10-15 minute walk from the city center and the park, which we really enjoyed. The internet connection is stable and suitable for the remote work of two people simultaneously. Furthermore, the apartment was very clean and had a lovely design, making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Inga, the host, was always available and very helpful, offering excellent recommendations. We would happily stay in this apartment again and highly recommend it!
