Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Spacious and cozy 1 bed room condominium. Interior design is cool and full of high quality furnitures. Comfy bed and sofa. I’ve stayed the place Workation. the wifi is stable and fast. The dining table can be used as work desk. If you need some refresher, cafe is available on the lobby floor. I would like to come back again when I do Workation in Pattaya again!

A nice and peaceful place to stay. Scooters are available to rent very close to the apartment, making it easy to get around. The beach nearby is beautiful and quiet. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and relaxing getaway.

Location is right in central, soi bukhao is next door, Central Festival mall and Walking Street is 10 minutes walk away. The condo is well hidden so free from any noise. Pool and gym are better than most hotels here. The unit is clean, modern, fully furnished and hotel standard. Highly recommended!

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . Very nice apartment. We had a bit of difficulty with security letting us in which was frustrating, but when we got in it was great and the pool and facilities are very nice. A good place to get away from the craziness of Pattaya city without going too far.

May is a wonderful host. She allowed us an early check-in and greeted us with the key to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and even more beautiful. It is spacious and large, and the bed in the bedroom is huge and very comfortable. The apartment was very clean. The location of the condo is great. Right in the center of things and yet on a quiet street without noise. There are bars, restaurants, markets, supermarkets, everything you need in the area. The pool is great and so is the gym. Communication with Mai was excellent and she took care of everything. I highly recommend this place 5 stars in all categories!

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

The house is amazing ! The pool and sauna are great features to have in a house. Everything in this house is double the size of what things are normally in a house - which makes it feel like a mansion! I highly recommend this house to anyone that wants to have a luxury vacation. The host communicated well with us and we had no problems during our stay.

The place was great to look at and matched the description. The pool was big enough for the group of 16. Interior of house was great quality and look and feel was amazing. However the living and dining hall was quite small to fit everyone at the same time. Kitchen was also small. But since we didnt do major cooking so it was ok. Pool table was also on 2nd floor terrace and inaccessible if the group wanted to stay together. The other drawback was room's accessibility was quite inconvenient. 2nd floor terrace was not accessible from within the house and you had to take stairs from outside. First floor stairs were quite steep and small. Looks like the 8 bedroom property was made in 3 sections which didnt merge well as a single house. Toiletries (hand wash, handtowel, sink liquid) were also missing and for a 2 day trip buying everything is a pain yourself. I raised the request and the caretaker said she will get it but never did. Overall place was good to stay and peaceful.

The pool villa is located in a big and rich villa house compound And it takes only 10 minutes drive the the beach Such a great place to stay long-term as family for unbelievable price too!🥰

We had a lovely stay . New knives and various kitchen utensils were missing in the kitchen and then an oven was missing. Our host Mini has been amazingly friendly and helpful during our stay so we give her 5 big stars ..

The villa is amazing, all of the kids (and Big kids) loved the pool table and karaoke. The swimming pool is just fantastic and is huge, the slide is a great touch. We all had an amazing time.
