Wow! What can we say that hasn’t already been said?! The Blue Pearl Cottage is exquisite - much larger and more polished than the photos suggest. The love poured into the cottage is evident, and the finish is excellent. Thoughtful touches like sun cream, mosquito spray, and even the offer to do laundry make you feel truly cared for. Arno is incredibly engaging - we had such fun with him on the snorkel tour and highly recommend it. We’re not sure where else on the island you could get a better experience or deal. The bay is very private, with incredibly clear and warm water - perfect for snorkeling, fishing, and kayaking. Long Bay Beach is only a 10-minute walk away and quickly became one of our favorite beaches in Antigua. We loved being able to keep the windows and doors open at night, thanks to the cottage’s privacy, and we never needed air conditioning during our stay in late May. Puss Puss the cat was the icing on the cake - such a gentle creature whose company we loved.

We absolutely LOVED the place and it felt like home from the moment we arrived. Everything was perfect and we didn't miss anything at the house, from the comfiest bed to sleep at to super handy mosquito repellent - Briony has thought of everything. She has also been super responsive and had great recommendations for where to eat or what to see. Thank you Briony and Ross for all, hopefully we will manage to come back! 🫶🏼

We had a wonderful time in Andrews Sugar Cottage. It is very nice cottage in a calm setting surrounded by a green garden and jungle sounds. We didnt meet him or his assistant in person but the communication and service was flawless - we were even greeted with a fruit basket and a starter pack, thanks! We enjoyed the big terrace a lot and are already looking back to evenings just waiting for the sun to go down and listening to the island sounds. There is also the lovely house dog Mango - very friendly and attentive. There are also other dogs in this area so there is some barking going on during the day. Be aware of the mosquitos and get used to carry the provided mosquito bats along. You will also need a car to get to all the beaches, restaurants and sights. We highly recommend the cottage for people who want to stay away from the big resorts and feel more like a local. We loved it and would definitely book again. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Cammile’s place. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and always accessible. There was even a moment when I thought I misplaced my key late at night, and she responded quickly and calmly, which I truly appreciated as a first-time Airbnb guest. The location is one of the biggest highlights, it’s right in the centre of the island, so getting around was a breeze. Most places I wanted to visit were only about a 30-minute drive away, which made exploring super convenient. The space itself was clean, quiet, and peaceful, with no disturbance from neighbors. Both Cammile and her daughter were respectful of my privacy, yet responsive whenever I reached out for assistance or information. The value for money was definitely there. I felt right at home. I was on a solo trip, Shaquille was very accommodating, he offered to pick me up once I landed into the country. He's an extraordinary person with such grace and great hospitality. I could not of have a wonderful time without him. He tailored to my vacation, giving his time to accompany where I wanted to go. He's knowledgeable about the Island and was able to give me advised in my interests. I will recommend his accommodation anytime.

A lovely place in a quiet neighbourhood. Neil and Alincia communicated well before and throughout our stay. A simple accommodation with a great pool, terrace and gorgeous view. Is as seen on photos so you know what you’re getting. Has everything you need inc hairdryer, iron, hot shower, tea, coffee etc! Would recommend having a car to get around from here. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Oana and Flo were fantastic hosts. Super fast responding to my questions before and after I booked with very clear communication. Great to have them living nearby so they were always on hand with helpful advice, some local fish steaks, or just to stop for a chat and help with anything else we needed. Lovely local fruit and wine in the fridge to welcome us. The cottage was lovely - newly refurbished, fantastic views looking out over the private garden to the ocean and close to local amenities at Jolly Harbour, beaches etc. Also had good shutters on all the windows and fly screens so we could have a breeze flowing through without the insects! Quiet and peaceful. Car rental from Flo was great. Much less hassle and better price than a car hire company. Their parking space is covered so the car doesn’t bake in the sun. We stayed a week and liked Darkwood beach, and other recommendations from Oana. Would also recommend jollysnorkellingtours for a personalized trip.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spacious, spotless, and felt just like home. The AC worked perfectly and kept the entire space nice and cool, which was a huge plus during these summer days. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the layout made it easy to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—quick to reply and made sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free experience!
