Every detail about Casa Ixtul has been carefully curated to ensure a relaxing and restful stay. Stay a few days, a week or two at Casa Ixtul. The longer you stay, the more you relax and reconnect with yourself and nature.

It accommodates 2 guests who can enjoy the entire house, the wonderful patio and lush garden with pool in full privacy. Fully equipped 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom in a 2-story house. AC in bedroom, bathroom with hot water, private oceanfront terrace. The courtyard with pool, as well as the covered parking is shared with the upstairs apartment. We strive to create a peaceful, relaxing environment. Maximum occupancy is limited to two (2) adults.

Casa Opium is a beautiful, eclectic and colorful house, which mixes the typical architecture of the Historic Center of Merida, with architectural and decorative details of Arab influence in the form of several Moroccan monumental arches, as well as a well-ventilated central courtyard. The house is decorated with lamps, cushions, paintings, books, curtains and a soft light that recreates a Moroccan mini palace, in the middle of the White City of Merida, Yucatan.

Enjoy Telchac Beach, located on the 3rd floor, spacious master bedroom with space to work remotely. Terrace facing the sea and sunsets. Swimming pool for the building with hammocks and sunbeds. Located only one block from the beach, 10 minutes walk distance to the town downtown.
