If I could give a 10 star recommendation I certainly would! everything about this Casa is Class, clean comfortable and welcoming… everything about it is screams HOME to us. So much so that we are going to come back next year for two weeks instead of 10 days. The on-site Host Bathurst, was a delight and helpful., and very knowledgeable about the area. He gets the ten star rating also🌟

We loved our week stay in Jorge's house. It was perfectly comfortable for our two families of four... plenty of space/spaces to hang out, cook, swim, morning yoga, relax or escape by oneself for a quiet siesta when needed. The house is perfectly located just off the plaza Ermita. We enjoyed happy hour at the chic Barrio Vivo Hostel bar around the corner, on several occasions. We even enjoyed long evening walks to the neighboring Plazas of San Sebastian, San Juan, and the Plaza Principal. Rodgrigo and Jorge were very attentive when some minor maintenance items needed attending and had them remedied in no time. Thanks for everything. We'd love to come back some time!

Nice house, with kitchen / utensils, and kayaks for the beach. Quiet area, you can feel the privacy and enjoy the beach. They are always attentive and responsive to questions you may have... Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.

Roxana is an excellent host, from before arriving she was clear, friendly and I try to make everything easier, she was very attentive and quick responses. He welcomed us with some coconuts 🥥 that are appreciated 🙏🏼 in terms of the house has a perfect sea view, the terrace and pool are very nice to spend hours, the beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. We'll definitely be back, thank you Roxana for everything !!

Excellent, rooms with super cool weather! The pool helped not have to go out for the boy who loves to be in the water, so it's an alternative to having to be on the beach every 2 hrs. There is an Oxxo 2 blocks away and the center is relatively close (5min by car). Definitive is a very viable option with everything you need to stay in the worry-free playita.

we love the beach and we were the only ones there every day. very quiet and safe area. you need to have a car to get food because there was no store or restaurants close enough to walk

Very nice quiet place to rest and be with your family. Everything is very clean and comfortable, in addition to having a card for access to Playa club. The communication from the beginning was very clear and I was always aware of my questions for messages.

Miguel was extremely attentive and took care of us with any questions we had. He is an amazing host and i greatly recommend this stay. House is a block away from the beach and like 2 blocks from a convenience store. Port progreso is in a 15 min drive and everything is close by. Would definitely stay again!

Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It is very well located, where you feel you will find peace. It is beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's attention. The house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

Vanne is an excellent host at all times attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and an excellent beach location. The very nice beach can be put in one without worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention a luxury of a clear person that we will return. I felt right at home. Thank you very much

The house is very nice, very well furnished both in furniture and kitchen utensils, tastefully decorated and very much in keeping with the place. The view is beautiful with the sea in front, a private place without crowds and quiet.

The backyard area of this house is amazing. Our children enjoyed playing in the pool (which had different levels for sitting in the water when it was hot, but also deeper areas for my kids to dive for pool toys!), and my daughter enjoyed the swings. There was a nice lounging area to sit as well. The main bed is in in the only “shared space”/dining room, so that’s something to be aware of, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was small and we didn’t cook there; we ate most meals at a restaurant or brought back food. Kikeil is sleepy (no real town/bars/restaurants) but as long as you are OK with that, you are a short 30 minute drive to Merida or Progreso beach. David was a great host: responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting our family! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Benoit is an excellent host and very kind. He sent us the precise instructions and with these we arrived and entered the house super easily. He was attentive and answered any questions we had. A very nice house, inside a private one with security, but what we loved was the tranquility, silence and peace. We slept super well, we rested like never before. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few days of total rest. A very comfortable TV room, the bed in the room is delicious and the bathroom is a spa!! A large pool and garden, we & our dogs enjoy it very much. Highly recommended for spending a few days outside the city, recharging batteries, resting and sleeping deliciously! The house was beautiful, exactly as described and pictured. Located on a very quiet street. Supermarket and bus stop 1 block away. Bus terminal walking distance. Neil was very responsive and helpful with suggestions when we had questions. We loved that we could walk everywhere from the house and felt safe at all times. We highly recommend staying at the house.

The photos do not do the house justice! yes, it is a rustic but divine house!! excellent decor, safe place to sleep, the ocean front pool area is fabulous. We will definitely return. It's worth mentioning that it looks like they just had full maintenance on the house because it looked freshly painted.

In general, the house is very good, clean and spacious, the pool is very clean and perfect for relaxing, although the house is open, it is a very safe and quiet area. There was a problem with the light and the refrigerator and Naim fixed it very quickly. Although there is not much to do in the area, about 10-15 minutes by car you can find more tourist activities. The only thing I didn't like very much is that the person who cleans the house came in without telling us beforehand.

The place was very nice, very quiet, everything was excellent, the only bad thing was that the electricity failed us, but we had a solution at the time outside. Everything was excellent. And we also realized that in the evenings the light goes down a little bit.

Excellent accommodation, super comfortable and well located. The host's attention was accurate and timely. I would definitely come back.

Jude was very attentive and always responded quickly to our doubts, we traveled with Goya our dog and Jude put her a bed and left dishes in case we needed them, the place is cozy and has a good location

Very responsive & friendly hosts, whenever I had questions, they were very responsive and answered When I arrived, it was a little tricky to find it but they’ll send you clear instructions on how to get there. I’d recommend having a rental car. For ordering Ubers / rides, I’d just instruct them from the nearest store / school so they would avoid going down the wrong road. The layout is nice and open, comfy, and the pool was amazing Plazas / the mall are about 20-30 mins away, so definitely stock up on anything you need before arriving, or after settling in. The neighbors were helpful and friendly to initially find the house too :)
